Sandstone Falls Boardwalk - Sandstone, WV

Join us for our last trail in New River Gorge National Park. We walked the Sandstone Falls Boardwalk Trail to see not only Sandstone Falls but we even found a hidden(ish) area that gets you right up close to the water and is simply beautiful!

Yup, it's always frustrating to see people defacing the property which ruins it for others.

Irish Mountain Road is a nightmare. A small car or compact SUV that's close to the ground will get destroyed. Although it's a longer way to go, I recommend taking New River Road. Much better and safer.

I completely agree that road could have been way worse if it had just rained. Sometimes you just have to live and learn to figure these things out...
