Holy goose pimples!!! That thing rotates in the corners like it's on a ball mount. What an awesome car & an awesome man. Thanks for helping a great guy out, Peter.
@@AdventureTimeRC I love your vintage collection, bro. & your enthusiasm & joy when running these old tech O.G.'s that still perform great is infectious.
Super nice of him to send that out for you! I just love it when people in the hobby help each other out. That rocky looks cool chain drive and WOW those knurly knobby tires are sick! Dang it runs like a beauty too!!
Well bud as a Strong Member of the RC Brotherhood. And all the good things YOU have done. It sure is nice to see you getting the love back. awesome gift from Peter and Glad to see the ol' girl back on her tires again..lol
Hi there Brent, I’ve just seen Addam’s video this morning, he too mentions about how bad the couriers are in the US, boy! If that was performed in the UK, the courier would have their ass’s kicked hard! That really isn’t good enough, what is it with the couriers! So glad RCSwede managed to ensure the part was well protected. Happy maintenance day Brent, I hope you enjoyed getting that Kyosho back into running condition. Great video. Take care and best wishes to you and the family. 😊😉😁
Great work hooking Brent up Peter! The RC community at its finest 🙌🏻👍🏻 Loved seeing this Brent. Thanks for sharing man. It goes round the track really well too 😎🔥
That is very cool and amazing how big and small our little RC community really is!! I have been watching his channel for a while and he has some cool stuff and is really getting into the older stuff recently! The rocky looked great out on the track and seemed to really be a great fit for your technical track. That 4wd really got it right around the corners!!
Dude, that was very cool of Peter!! Bummer about the Pulsar radio, Love how they feel in the hand, one of the best radios I ever held, till I found Futaba. Awesome run & video!!!!
God how I love the Kyosho Rocky and Turbo Rocky :) I quite recently returned to RC and I converted my vintage 1986 Rocky to a Turbo Rocky and I love it :) found your video today and I am so happy you put it up on RUclips :) and thanks RC Swede for helping you out with the hard to find parts.
Awesome man, glad to see the tide car out again. I just had a thought while watching your unboxing when I was in high school it was tradition when the seniors were graduating they would go on a senior trip somewhere and the underclassmen would always mess with their vehicles like toilet paper them and stuff like that. When I went on my senior trip I toilet papered my own truck and made it looks like it had already been hit and they left it alone LOL. Anyway I was thinking with all the trouble we have with the postal services smashing up our packages what if we pre-smashed them to a level where the contents inside were still safe then it would look like they had already been messed up and the Postal Service wouldn't need to mess with them.
Lol that's a great strategy deceive the ups with subterfuge I think they kick the packages at lunch break like a company soccer game with the box's the use the fragile ones first because they like the sound of dreams breaking

That was a great package to be sent, but I have never seen an Rc with that design steering rods. That's the trouble with Kyosho finding spares.
I agree kyosho parts are so hard to find
Nice video, rocky was my first rc car, had a twist 4wd stock motor
