Curry Chicken that will leave your Kitchen smelling amazing!

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1tbsp curry powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp garam masala or all spice seasoning
1 tsp dry thyme
Salt and pepper
For the curry:
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 big carrot
1 green onion
2 large potatoes
4 garlic cloves,minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 green chillies(optional)
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup chicken stock or water
1tbsp curry powder
2tbsp vegetable for cooking
For the rice:
2 cups basmati rice
3 cardamon pods
5cloves
1tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
4 cups water
2tbsps vegetable oil for cooking

If there's one thing I can't stand (don't know why) it's large pieces of chicken (legs) floating around as a curry - ugh! I shall use pieces of chicken as always and I'm sure this will be delicious. Can't wait to try it.
