Hello everyone, today's video is a quick and easy rice and chicken that you can make in no time for a weeknight dinner. Such a simple recipe and I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
6 pieces chicken
2 cups rice
4cups water or chicken stock
1tbsp tomato paste
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley or coriander leaves to garnish
For the seasoning:
1tsp garam masala
1tsp paprika powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp white pepper powder
1tsp salt or more to taste
1/4tsp fresh ground black pepper
