My favourite part about this song is that it's a collaboration between artists from two wildly different genres. Puuluup (the two guys with the strange instruments) are a folk duo, while 5miinust is a hip hop group. I always love these kinds of collabs
For a similar collaboration, you should check out Alcohol Is Free, another Eurovision song. It's Greece's entry from 2013, and is a collab between a rock band and a folk singer

It's one of those songs that I should love on paper (for example I loved some of those wacky Eesti Laul songs like the one with the jews harp) same as I should have loved Moldova 2022 - Moldovan folk pop about trains - what's not to like?. Yet I hated it. Maybe for me it's been going on too long. I do respect it I just can't stand it.
