      a period of much "boiling" in sports or somehow related to. Rams moving, March Madness, the Jordan situation, your average Rangers-Flyers game, the strike in baseball, the OJ Simpson murder trial. Much changed since, but some stuff didn't change one bit, or is happening again

    This was when sports broadcasts was peak. I remember having it on ESPN at night at my grandmothers and laying there on the couch watching it over and over until I fell asleep. Good memories, and hearing that intro music, Chris Berman, Dan Patrick, and Stuart Scott is just wonderful music to my ears.

    It was so weird for the mid 2000's to hit and all of a sudden, somehow, someway, Sportscenter wasn't Sportscenter anymore. RIP, best television ever. You are missed.

      I remember working 3rd shift in the early 90's and getting home and playing SC on a loop all morning.
      Going to sleep with it still playing.
      It was a glorious time.
      You are spot on. It's a shell of its formal self

      I mainly grew up with aughts SC, but I won't deny that the 90s lineup was GOATed. Still, I don't think SC really went downhill until FirstTake started taking off around 07/08.

    Back in the 90’s having cable tv and a nice 35 or 40 inch Sony tube tv was everything we need it and was the equivalent of having everything we have today.

    This is a great watch! I remember these events quite vividly! Perhaps the biggest takeaway from this particular SportsCenter is Chris Berman's beard! I never, ever saw him with a beard (or any facial hair) besides this.....

    I was 14 years old in March 1995...and damn this clip has it all. Talk of the OJ trial and the Rams moving to St. Louis...
    Between '95 and now...they moved to Missouri, won a SB...moved back to LA and won another SB (against my Bengals :[ ).

    I know what I miss isn't the show, it's the time, and you can't ever have the time back. But damn if this doesn't get me square between the eyes. Just an ordinary SportsCenter during my senior year of college, my team wasn't even in the NCAA Tournament ...
