Thank you for this video. Yesterday, while feeding up, my 2004 Yamaha Rhino 660, started displaying only the green back light. No display. It was fine when I first cranked up. This same fuse (10 amp) was bad. Replaced the fuse and it's working again. While diagnosing, I found the voltage regulator/rectifier to be bad. A new one ordered from Amazon. Luckily, I had a spare regulator. Again, thank you for the video.

Wow awesome finding this video on here. I have been going out of my mind trying to figure out why this 2003 Grizzly 660 meter just only shows a back light. I did look at all the fuses. I always disconnect my battery before removing any electrical piece. This Grizzly had to have the whole coolant system replaced, so now I am trying to get it back together. replaced a new starter solenoid as well but now I am getting no button start. if it isn't one thing it's another...

I had the same problem. Mine ended up being the wires that went into the solenoid was loose.

I don't know if you answer any messages or not, but I was using the power probe and stuck it in the back of the backup and my digits appeared...thanks

I have a 2013 Kodak 450 that I dropped through the ice. The bike works ok with all systems the working lights all come on and do not go out at all. Any suggestions it’s like the system never gets through the test phase.

If you got water in the display, that might cause it.

It's a total shame that we can't get any new harnesses for these bikes. Both my wires in the fuse block are good to go. I hope it's just a bad fuse even though the wore isn't broken.

Yes it is. What model and year do you have? I might have a good used one

This is a 2003 Grizzly 660. I bought this off a customer who neglected the coolant system. I can’t wait to hear it run finally. The exhaust had 20 years of red clay heated on the muffler….what a total mess.

I just spliced a whole leg of my wiring harness because a rat destroyed the old one. When I was done I was sure that I had done something wrong because the display only had a backlight. Turns out it was just a fuse. Thanks.
