I had a few places I'd go where there was also streams and one place had a weir where there had been a water mill. I miss that. Been stuck in a concrete town for a while now. Suppressed emotions will be stored in your chakras and create blocks and when triggered these emotions are reactive like an exploding volcano. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having feelings and emotions. This is who we are. By acknowledging them you allow the energy to flow through you and out of you. The energy must be released to create a space for love, compassion and understanding. This is how you gain strength is by allowing yourself to be human.
