While watching the original video i noticed that when The Erudition was introduced a morse code started playing Which followed that exact pattern "....- ..---" which means 42.
Its probably a reference from the Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy but it's pretty interesting little funny detail to say the least.
I just love how all of the Aeons looks like some cosmical beings, and then there's Nous being a supercomputer and IX being a cute black hole.
According to the lore, aeons are beings that mastered their path, so anyone, whether it's a human or ai or a black hole, everyone can become an aeon as long they mastered their path

Dude, every single person that i watched reacting to this trailer completely missed the point that this is A PARABLE, its not literally the character talking, its a tale, a poem, every single person heard her talking about returning to the embrace and thought that she was talking about herself

I think the storyteller is related to Remembrance. Around her at the end are ice candles, and that's the symbol for Remembrance in Simulated Universe. The cards she plays with very well could be Light Cone or something similar, because the Aeon presentation starts right after she picks up one.
In H:SR, light cones surprisingly can record just about anything, even an Aeon's death as we can see Tayzzyronth's final moments from "On the Fall of an Aeon" LC. It makes sense that only someone following Remembrance would be qualified to tell stories and memories. Also, Fuli the Remembrance appears at the end, after you've taken "all such things to heart".
Besides that, there were 2 brief appearances by The Finality right after The Beauty and The Equilibrium, each time only for a few frames (use "" while video is paused to go frame by frame). It might not be related to Honkai directly, but it's interesting why The Finality is so hidden away between Aeons while everyone else has their names slapped in the middle.

Could also be related to Xipe as her narration becomes this modulated mesh of voices when the part about the Aeon of Harmony comes up.

The reason why Xipe have a seperate narration line is because she the Aeon of media, story or fable is her domain. This legend is what connect the universe together. Black Swan, as an emanator of Fuli, merely retold her story
Caelum/Stella's destiny was actually discussed in the Xianzou Luofu arc. Don't really wanna spoil it but their destiny/fate was touched upon.
Personally think they may become the reincarnation of Akivili/ have deeper connections to Akivili.
The way aeons are created is by mastering your path, so anyone who mastered their path can become an aeon, that means any being, be a human or ai (nous) can become one.

@@hel9157 Its quite possible, waking up in a clean slate helps because our MC will have no biases towards other Aeons, no ulterior motives, and will strive to understand them all.. perhaps, our MC will make all of the Aeons indebted to him or reach a common ground, who knows.
@@BadassHatdog I think what will happen in the end is that our MC will somehow turn into an Aeon-like being because from what we've seen, each world we finish we most likely gain a path for our MC. It probably most likely has something to do with Akivili the Trailblaze or something similar such as discovering and mastering all the paths, becoming some sort of Aeon of command after trailblazing through world after world, path after path saving world after world, controlling path after path. The way this is building up, our MC would be some sort of jack of all trades, master of all kind of character in the end game

But the thing is, Pom Pom just magically become the conductor one day. Even Himeko/Welt didn't notice it, Pom pom was always there in the beginning. I kinda suspected that Pom Pom is a spiritual manifestations of Akivili power not Akivili itself.

The part about piercing the clouds in Nanook's segment reminds me of the lyrics in Wildfire (Cocolia's phase 2 boss theme) that go "unsheathe the sword to rend those clouds above the ground". Given that the fight was between the forces of the Destruction the Preservation, that connection might be intentional.

At the end you will return from my embrace… is a reference to kafka and Elio prediction. That in the world scheme of things, whatever names or paths, you will do a big thing.
Then you have the Aeons descriptions where I have nothing much to say about some…
Nanook is the destruction and his symbols might be a reference to babel tower. He his the end of all things. Time, Universes and life. He’s like a fire burning the world to lighten it. And when there will be no more fire… There will be no more world to lighten.
Lan is… Lan. Don’t know what to say about him. He's following he's arrow and will never change's where his looking ?
Nous… which is a French term for us is the Aeons of plotting and secrecy. That u can hear all of their plotting everywhere but when u here nothing, there near u. Like a child giggling at hide and sike but stop when they see you coming. But it’s funny cause Nous is a super calculator which mean that Everything can become an Aeon and that Aeon doesn’t have all the world answer.
Well Yaoshi is the loving one… she doesn’t want to see people die, hence make them immortal without thinking about consequences.
IX which I thing is the reference to NIX as nothingness doesn’t care about nothing but herself… I mean, many people with Nihility as classes tend to be hyper focused: Sampo about himself, Pela about history and Welt about his nostalgia ? that he tend to revive with us, the trailblazer.

Xipe is a false harmony… Cause she’s not complete. She’s missing puzzle pieces and she’s luring people to thinking that she’s the end of all… When it should be Nanook if take the “End” as a meaning of destruction. The fact that she’s wrong is also shone by the fact that the video not end with her lol.
Then u have all the “minor” ones: Aha, Ouroboros, Idrila, Tayzzyronth, Mythus, HooH and the shapeless prince that we don’t know…

Beauty, Finality, & Equilibrium, they aren't minor, they just happened to have their whereabouts on a darker shade.
Also to point out, Trailblazer has been called Nameless many times in the story before.

basically all the members of astral express are nameless.
The Nameless is the group that traveled in the Express a long time ago, Himeko decided to use it once again when it was repaired.

Pathless one is obviously the mc but the nameless one could be both the mc and march 7th no?
i also found it odd they used march twice so close together especially "but march towards the light" after saying "you will return to me" it definitely sounds like she means the mc and march 7th. march also said when she woke up she saw lights as well.
Its highly suspicious to me that an amnesiac just happens to possess powers relating to special, crystaline, ice. March 7th must have some connection to Rememberance

A better description of this faction is not "a group of trailblazers led by Himeko" because it's entirely possible, even likely, that The Nameless existed long before Himeko did but "the followers of Akivilli."
Since they're literally followers of an Aeon, their path is the trailblaze, and so they cannot be "pathless."
I think the nameless one might be March 7th since that was a name she picked for herself which would make us the pathless one. But honestly this is a much more cryptic trailer than what we've seen before by hoyoverse.
Well, she spoke to the Trailblaizer i presume, so to the MC and called him Akevilli.
So the Mc is the deceased Aeon of the Trailblaize path, revived by Kafka.
In the story some more Aeons that simply vanished where mentioned.
And I think that those vanished Aeons are the starting team.
March 7th the Beauty, and Dan Heng forgot the name of his path but simply he is the daddy of all the dragon people. Hence why he knows a lot about it in the story,
If you choose certain dialog options it is.
For march the only realy hunch I got there is the first trailer released by Honkai Impact 3rd to the Star rail game.
The one with Carole Battlesuit name Sweet and spicy, known for her sense of fashion. And the fact that she has dreams about a girl that is simillar looking to March 7th
before they depart.
Now that March looks a bit different there could have 3 different meanings.
1. and the one I belive is a 50/50 accuracy with the 2. is that that´s the way March looked like when she still was the Aeon of beauty with the white hair and all.
2. and the other 50/50 is that it just was an early concept trailer and they just simply decided that the other design looks better, so they went with that one.
3. would be that the person in the trailer isn´t March 7th at all. ^^

Just in case - "Finality" here is written in DIFFERENT hierogliphs than in HI3, someone said, so there is HARDLY a connection with HoFi (Kiana). I say this to those who are trying to connect "Finality" specifically with her, pointing out this word to IslandXD - NO, this is most likely NOT connected with her.

i also think that the opening frame along with the "nameless one and pathless one" represent how you can belong to a path but not be forced to stay there. as the mc is able to change from destruction to perseverance. i believe that the mc can do it because of the stellaron inside them, which makes me wonder if anyone can do this change, or if it only happens in a life or death situation such as when cocolia killed the mc.
Me, seeing Finality on the Equilibrium part: "Oh HELL NAH!"

Yes, the morse code repeat 42, which is a reference to "hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy"
about The Abundance... It's involved in the next word Xianzhou. The Hunt is also involved. The story is more interesting than the previous one, atleast in my opinion.
i know ppl want the finality to be a direct connection but i have a feeling it will be the same in its nature and/or connected by something the same but wont be the same thing
Female Dainsleif (let's call her like that cause we don't know her name) look very similar to Kiana and also a bit of Aponia
Her repeating „The Embrace“ and the Finality showing up in the Trailer makes me think this game will be a little bit more connected to Honkai Impact 3rd than just Welt being from there. Even if it’s just more in a Lore kinda sense.
I'm really interested to understand how an Aeon as seemingly benevolent as Yaoshi the Abundance is mindlessly dooming worlds to the Mara.
They don't seem very benevolent to me

From what I can tell, this mystery woman is reading from a book called “Fables About the Stars” by Adrian Spencer Smith (… his initials …). And considering that the video is also called this, this seems to confirm this as well. And several lines that are said or appear alongside the Aeons are quoted by the Fables About the Stars. Especially the last line “Countless shooting stars . . . thousands of distant worlds.” This is a line that is quoted under the Data Banks for Akivili. The Data Banks for Nous and Qlipoth have a quote from this book as well, that matches up with the message (although, Qlipoth’s quote is a bit different at the last sentence from the Data Banks, and this video.)
Now this video is about the Aeons and it shows quite a lot of them.
Nanook, Lan, Nous, Yaoshi, IX, Qlipoth, Xipe, Aha, Oroboros, Idrila, Terminus, Tayzzyronth, Mythus, HooH, Fuli, and Akivili. 16 Aeons mentioned, 1 Aeon not being mentioned (Ena the Order), making it 17, 2 of these Aeons are dead, Tayzzyronth and Akivili. Leaving 15 left, Mystery Lady had 13 cards in the beginning, but ended with 15 cards, 2 cards appearing suddenly. (She picks up the 4th card from the right side, but apparently she places this back down near its original place.) I wonder if there is a hidden meaning to this action? Perhaps … not the revival of an Aeon, but a new Aeon of an old Path?
Ok onto another point. The messages in the parentheses; courtesans’ extravagance-Hedonism, mariners intemperance-Gluttony, infant-End of All Things, waves-Flapping Wings, dream-Consciousness, balance-Samsara, shapeless Prince-Against the Current, Akivili-Trailblazer, depart-Connect the Worlds. Akivili is the Trailblazer, so these parentheses are just a hidden conversation in the book. The message is, “Look upon the Hedonism, the Gluttony. Listen to the End of All Things in the mirror, the Flapping Wings as they enter the Consciousness, the tipping of the Samsara, Against the Currents. And finally, measure the world against yourself, and take all such things to heart. This is the path you should walk, they say. Trailblazer, Connect the Worlds once more, Trailblazer! ((Hold on, mobile is typing slowly, going to continue on a Reply))
Ok so, hidden message revealed. It seems to be talking about a Trailblazer, and about someone being said to walk on a path by someone else. Interesting. Take with that what you wish.
Now the third and last point. “The Nameless one, the pathless one.” This is definitely talking about two different people here. A Nameless are the ones who follow the Path of Akivili the Trailblazer, they are a Pathstrider. So a Pathsrider following the Path of Akivili, and a Pathless one. Are apparently the… main characters of this story? I do wish to point out that the book “Fables About the Stars” isn’t actually in the game as of yet. So what this story is actually talking about, idk, but it does appear that one of its main topics is the Aeons, and something that involves Aeons. Interesting indeed.
I was wondering...remember how we reach that place with cosmic vortex in the middle during Cocolia's battle?
The vortex colour is orange which represents Qlipoth The Preservation..what if at the end or during the Xianzhou Arc we will get Lan The Hunt power because it was coloured blue + Xianzhou is now worship Lan The Hunter & on mission to stop The Abundance followers
(Because if we get The Abundance power wouldn't it coloured green?)
If there are places in the game that are just like brimming with "cosmic energy" or "dark energy" or something like that, will we get to that point that our team will wear epic spacesuits?... imagine, hahaha...
The finality ✨

This whole thing just screams finality, of the end of a journey and the choices along the way. These r some of the speculations that I had.
So in the beginning, she basically told us to embark on our journey but in the end the final destination is already determined. Altho, you will march towards the light, imo, it means u will reach the end with the light of knowledge, you will understand your choices to reach this ending. It may be a predetermined goal, but it will also be your choice. This reminds me of Elio s prediction that Kafka talked abt, the nameless one here might be the MC, a blank slate who will go on a journey along the solar winds, to reach her embrace in the end.
Finality was also shown quite a few time, altho in cryptic manners, especially in 3:34, where it was clearly stated as Finality, followed by the narrator saying "and finally". This could also be the pathless one, because iirc, there was no path of finality. But honestly, anything of finality is still shrouded in mystery, along w Akivili. Tho, that Akivili, depart once more kind of gave me a weird vibe that the Aeon will rise again, maybe even in the form of the MC. Or it could just be the astral express trailblazing again after so long.
The narrator might also be from remembrance, just a hunch I got from the crystal candles at the start, and Fuli at the end. Not to mention, the concept of mirrors, memories, and telling stories, r kind of the embodiment of remembrance as stated in the garden of recollection lore. In that case, returning to her embrace could also be abt memories of this journey will eventually return to Fuli to be recorded.
This was amazing, and Hoyoverse knew damn well what they were doing when they released a lore like this right after the end of part 1. The lore of this universe just jumped to a scale we cant even fathom, good stuff
I like how they all cherish Akivili
at the after the boss fight at the Space Station MC had a vision or saw Nanook The Destruction which is the 1st path the MC is in.
the thing I find weird is the trailer doesn't name The Remembrance the guy at the end where we see the express, when its the Aeon we have most contact with at the Beta Simulation

The number of potential Aeons is only restricted to how many concepts hoyo wants to introduce which is crazy. I feel that Destruction, Voracity and Harmony (yes) will be the main antagonists... Love the balance of Abundance and Hunt, either side being trouble if alone.
I can definitely see Harmony being an antagonist the endless want for everything to be one even if not everyone wants that, will for sure create conflict. Voracity the Endless Hunger for more yeah that is going to be a problem certainly. Destruction is well Destruction. Its bound to be the major force we have to face down. Makes me wonder what the other Pathstriders are up too off in the expansive Universe.
Iirc there are only 18 aeons atm. 5 of whom are dead but their paths are still open. Imo, you should add finality to that antagonist list.

the finality in chinese in hsr isn't the same as finality in hi3 so idk about that
@@serah666 the lore is similar and the final crater in honkai impact was called terminus crater in Chinese if i remember correctly, i might be wrong tho. Both finality in honkai and star rail go from end to the beginning. And both have connection to the concept of time.

When people first saw this trailer they thought that it was a definite, objective layout from a narrator to viewer perspective. But with the release of later myriad trailers, we realized that this was actually narrated from the POV of a follower of Fuli the Remembrance. Which means that this trailer is subject to bias incomplete info and unreliable narrative that diverts us theorists from the probable hidden truth.

Very interesting - I think they introduced the 7 "class" Paths (Destruction, Hunt, Erudition, Abundance, Nihility, Nihility, Preservation) where most of the characters would belong to (and the Paths the Trailblazer shall tread - similar to Genshin and the Traveler's access to Teyvat's elements), and then mentioned the other Paths.
Quite interesting to see that aside from the Trailblaze and Equilibrium, with Remembrance marking the end of the 'star reading', some Paths seem to have been mentioned in passing.
Have a gut feel that the scryer/fortune teller is the Emanator of Remembrance and divulges the memories relevant to our (Caelus/Stelle) journey and the several paths to intersect and walk on. I wonder if in the end we will have access to the Trailblaze skillset though (like suplexing a train or something).

this is mostly based on the fact that when the harmony aeon is presented it's the aeon itself that speaks and not the girl like in the other cases
