I love this concept so much, it's so creative, having *concepts* as the gods (vs archon & FC ideals) and it also matching the game systems & classes
There's a very good web novel with similar concept titled Lord of the Mysteries which you should check out.

Might have changed since CBT but Terminus The Finality is an aeon who appears in the form of an infant and experiences time backwards, they know how everything will end and are traveling through the universe in the opposite direction of time, their path deals in stuff like death (and the "The finality" text also showed up for a few frames of The Beauty and The Propagations sections, the two aeons from this video we know to have already died)
That's fascinating, if we ever hear them speak, it'll probably sound backwards.
If you also listen to subtitles with the Eng version it says when showing the other paths elation etc.

Oooh, this is looking pretty cool. One thing that i do have to point out is that the MC can hear a voice that's apparently related to Equilibrium every time we pretty much ascend (or bump up our world level to put it another way). It makes me wonder if MC can hear the voices of other higher figures of the universe besides that..
Hoyoverse is doing their thing: Setting the stage and letting the play go on for itself. Soon as its over it all comes together in a nice neat bowtie. Really looking forward to this story i'm EXCITED!
Do need to catchup on the recent streams, been holding off on seeing them until i finish up in Jarilo. Putting lore pieces together really helps.

Also grinding in Simulated Universe helps with that.
In Chinese, Herrscher of Finality is called 终焉之律者, finality is 终焉. But in this pv, The Finality is called 终末.
(ps. Japanese version is 終焉, same as hi3)

I'm curious on Nous the artificial Aeon
How the hell did someone made an Aeon??
It's not that they made an aeon. in the lore of aeons, any living being that can think or have values can ascend into an aeon. so nous in the beginning was really just an ai that zandar has created and through the many amounts of upgrades he has done, the ai became omnipotent and thus became an aeon creating a whole path
I find it interesting that out of all the Aeons this lady alludes to, even Xipe who is vaguely alluded to be her personal Aeon by that epic voice shift, Akivilli is the _only_ Aeon she refers to by name.
Akivilli is implied to be a very important Aeon, responsible for carving the Path of the Trailblazer into the universe and connecting the stars with the rails he forged, but the importance she is placing on them, _imploring_ them to embark on their journey once more, is _intense._
I can at least say this doesn’t follow the pattern of Teyvat’s Travail Teaser, since Qlipoth shows up sixth in sequence.
One of the Aeons looks suspiciously like the Spiritual Adam from Project Stigma. Even the words under the name about all becoming the void fits as well...
It's not suspicious, a "watery" blob with white eyes isn't common for a design but it's not a unheard of either
Besides the spiritual adam is a conjunction of Dreams while IX is straight up Void (I think that's how simulated universe defines it) so there's really not much to take from this
I'm pretty certain it's straight up just a black hole, given the fact that it is sucking everything towards it in a similar way as to the general depiction of one. Also, the physical embodiment of nihility, or, the idea that nothing you do matters, being a black hole, something that is completely inescapable, just kind of fits.
My theory on this is that those cards represent a part of our journey and in a sense i have a theory that those cards are like tarot cards and each arcana represents an aeon(yes ik there are 22 remember the dev got inspiration from persona and trail series so they just went with the good ol 12 or 13 instead of all 22 like in all persona games)

The designs for these Aeons are absolutely insane.
I have a food for thought. What if the Finality itself from Honkai Impact ain't exactly a Herrscher , therefore it was an expy from the Aeon of Finality. That's the whole reason why Kiana became an entity that resides in space
the trailblazer did not begin the journey there in the herta station because the mc already knew kafka from before we still need to gain our memory of the past
She (by which I mean Finality, not Kafka) could be the one who talks to "Elio" and telling him what happens in the future.
The name of the Aeon of Finality is Terminus, this name is also mentioned somewhere in HI3 in the last chapters but I don't remember when or who says it

This is almost certainly how Elio is predicting the future, considering Terminus is being lauded as a somewhat of a good guy. In the Nanook entry for Simulated Universe it makes a point to mention how Terminus has not absorbed the Path Of Destruction, meaning that Destruction must not be a part of the Finality. Nanook wants to destroy the universe, but Terminus does not agree and so it does not absorb Nanook. The Stellaron Hunters want to recruit the Trailblazer to defeat Nanook and they are against Nanook by their very concept as Stellaron Hunters. Elio's predictions were able to fully incorporate and work around the Matrix of Prescience, it must be a result of the Finality.

@@HellBorn99 I don't agree, the entry does state that similar Paths can coexist but it also states that they will combine by means that are like survival of the fittest. What this means is that that Paths that are more complex will absorb Paths that are similar but less complex, as they will ultimately achieve the goal of the more simple Path and more.
So the Order was absorbed by the Harmony because by achieving Harmony you would also achieve Order, Harmony is working toward the same goal as Order plus some more.
The Preservation does not absorb the Remembrance or vice versa because their goals are ultimately different, albeit similar at first glance. Preservation seeks to protect life, while Remembrance seeks to protect memories. Preservation is a guardian of living beings, Remembrance is a universal journalist. They each seek different ends, so they do not combine.
The Abundance did not absorb the Propagation or vice versa for the same broad reason, they sought different ends. Abundance wants life to be immortal and endless on an individual level, Propagation wanted the *cycle* of life to be endless.
So Finality does not absorb the Destruction because Finality does not seek to destroy the universe. It has other plans in mind which include the universe surviving beyond Nanook at the least.

In the first virtual world you see Fuli with description " you can see Kafka in ice"
Maybe that's Elio, the Slave of Fate and Stelaron hunter leader, since they can predict the destiny. For me, the cards (that kafka play with and that the narrator spread in the table) are tarot cards.

Hey UD, if you go back to the part where finality was shown she said something about the "shapeless prince" and during when the trio met and saw the cocoon it mentioned it was a "he" with no form but it was reflecting the form of a certain someone. Maybe purely coincidence or not but that just hit differently
Oh yeah a trivia here,
In the Nanook Dev's notes in Sim Universe Herta wonders why Destruction appeard even though Finality already existed long hefore Nanook appeared and why Destruction isn't part of Finality.

The lore in every region tells about themselves, and not the whole Teyvat, because the mysteries in Teyvat is the purpose of the Traveler's journey, to see the secret of Teyvat, Khaenriah, and their sibling. Star Rail tell us this whole lore of a universe, Aeons, Stellaron, Paths at once, either in here, or in Simulated Universe
maybe because they already have honkai as a basis.
I think this "Celestia" whatever she represents, the stellaron hunters follow her whether they know it or not. And Kafka (or Ellio since the dude seems like the leader of the hunters) would definitely be the emanator/avatar for her.

Um, I have a theory that the Finality mentioned in the trailer may INDEED be directly related to HI3 Finality. The moniker "Shapeless Prince" proves this.
Notice how whenever herrschers or even non-herrschers interact with a herrscher core's inner world, they would always be met with a greyish-white figure that seems to reflect the herrscher's human form; albeit with the missing, soulless pupils and the menacing static/unmoving posture.
The Will of Honkai/ Honkai gestalt may not have a set physical appearance ->taking on the appearance of its host>the host being a herrscher>herrschers derived from shadows cast by the cocoon of finality> the cocoon of finality being ultimately a mirror of oneself.
There's too much info to render the claim a simple coincidence.
All herrschers are a shadow cast by finality. WoH is just Prometheus from previous era who hacked into the Honkai

Like a new born Aeon ...I mean the reason for the existance of honkai is because it's creators want to find/created someone who similar to them... So I thought the honkai creators could actually be Aeons themselves and to create more Aeon??.. Idk or is there any reasons or lore that I missing that completely obliterated this theory??...if there's any please do elaborate , thank you

@@Randoenigma Terminus is implied to be a good guy, Nanook is the bad guy and the Stellaron Hunters oppose Nanook. Terminus is also a Roman God who was known as a "guarantor of peace".

UD after playing genshin for almost 3 years and watching that hsr video. ngl i think im good with one game story and lore from this company. its not worth for my life but is really worth for content creators. I prefer games where the story can be completed in one go. the thing is, story and lore are really good but i hate waiting. and I just realized that in the last 3 years all I've played is gacha games. for me that kinda sad cuz so many good game out there that i haven't try yet, gacha games is like a jail man for me

@@OnlySSSTuna improve the relic system? It seems like relics are easy to get and create so far. I’m level 41 and u can dismantle and create 5* relics and even pick the main stat from getting a specific material from battlepass. This relic system is way more forgiving than other games like E7 or Genshin
