Thankyou dr for the detail information. My son is 3.5, he does eye contact , follow all instructions and say phrases but not full sentences, we speak 3 languages with him.
This sounds very satisfactory. I would not worry at all. At the age of three years, kids are expected to say 2-3word simple but meaningful sentences/phrases . These should be easily understood by parents and 50% by strangers. Esp as you are using more than 1 language, he should be able catch up very all languages when he grows.

very informative...i have a question my son is 3.5 years he talks in words almost all words and sometimes do connect words like chup jao ,jaldi aao,jaldi bhago but cannot make sentences yet

My child is 3 year old. He can't speek just speek 2 words mama or papa earlier he speek ami word or abu but now he not speek these word he speek just mama and papa .
His physical moments ok
Some time he responded some time he not respond.

Dear Mam, my 3.5 years old baby is normal in term of movement, hearing response and can say meaningful words like papa etc, the problem is that he can only tell and say only ten meaningful words only, he was late in sitting, standing and movement etc. We are very upset for that, please help me in that respect

Hello Maam, My baby is 20 months old he just say Allah, Baa , Khaa , Haan . Babling alot.. he also scream and point think to make us understand his demands. He is very quick learner, responed every time on his name, following command, identify his 2-3 body parts . Plz suggest something.
He also identify all family members , Like he know who mama is who papa is etc but dont say mama papa yet..

My 4 year old baby just speek mama papa
My 3.5 year son can say color name . 12345678 and A BC to Z . But don't talk clearly can say doodh when he need milk . Mostly he point things if he want something. He was born in start of. 9th month by C section. He do not follow command. But sometimes he respond. But he don't communicate . He can day nuggets .Oreo . Candy biscuits.doodh . cabbage ( when I give him cabbage to eat he say cabbage) he touch things with me to ask name of things . He do head shoulder keens and with poem. And read 1234 or Abc from book . He don't follow command . If he doing something we say no . He stop but sometimes he ignores. He lift neck in 3 months sit in 6th month . And start walking in 15th month. He say his own name same times. He goes in neighbors play with them n. Meet and greet few ppl he knows . I went for assessment one doctor said he is mild Autistic and second said delay in speech due to screen time. Please guide me. What to do . If I say come here and sit something he come n sit n sometime he runaways . If i give him his favorite food he take name one time n eat . Like cabbage. Carrot . Onion he can recognize fruit n veggitables n take name ( but do not talk with us never call me mama etc )
Hmm, it sounds slightly confusing!
If he can understand the command (even if he ignores) should be acceptable.
It does sound like slight speech delay (as there are less words in his vocabulary)
I would recommend to note ( and write down) all his vocabulary over period of a week. Also try to engage him in simple play and stories to improve his verbal communication.
This is very common problem can get better with simple techniques.

@@DrAsmaMasood i also watched your video of Autism. he do eye contact , he play and ask things names from his nana , nani and maamoo. he go to neighbor home even play then their guests kids he only ignore his own sister something or don't want to share toys with her and yes he most of the time rotates in circle but only at home . we went school in feb 2021 at age of 3.4 but unfortunately due to lock down schools are closed , but he don't follow instructions like , sit down, come here , dont do this, and something i call him Sabeeh come here , he comes and hug me . . he play with blocks solve puzzles. only one doc said he is mild Autistic rest of other said same . (speech delay ) can u please do assessment if i send you his videos ??

I m facing same same problem with my 3.5 years old baby. I have done assessment and result is that she is delayed developing child. Is that true? And can you tell me how to improve her development?
