I see you have the Deore XT M750 setup (ST-M750 shifters). Nice. I have the same components on my 2003 Stumpjumper, except I have the SL-M750 shifters (minus the built in braking lever). I was unable to find any documentation that covered the internal mechanism of these shifters, however, your vid provided the information and insight I was looking for. Very helpful. Much appreciated. Understanding how the mechanism works and where to lube it allows you to fix it. What did you need shown, cleaning and lubing? Removing three screws? If you don’t know how to do that you should take it to a bike shop.
