I've watched many times the moment when Dimash first spots his dad and what happens afterwards. It's always so touching. He was only 22 and the first time away from his family. He was having a hard time with communication when all Chinese were speaking to each other and he didn't understand. Must've felt very lonely.

Where does he top off? Actually, when asked, Dimash refused to answer, saying that how high one can sing is not important. The important is to touch the audience with your interpretation. But what we do have is a slew of his appearances and performances, so the highest recorded note so far we have from Dimash is a D8, in his Unforgettable Day at the Gakku concert in 2017. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s certainly worth a reaction.

Let's do some math: each of those "howling" parts took roughly 25 seconds to sing before it increase modulated a halftone, at the end of the song he landed on D#6 as the base note, so... if he keeps on modulating to his (known) highest note, the song would become longer for another 9 - 10 minutes more!

Но Димаш и не думал больше исполнять эту песню, это было один раз, на конкурсе и не Димаш выбирал что ему петь, а устроители этого конкурса. У Димаша есть и его собственные песни, которые он сочинил сам и песни Игоря Крутого, написанные для Димаша и Пьер Джузеппе Зайя, который тоже написал саундтрек для своего фильма, а Димаш его исполнил. Так что Димашу, не нужна была эта песня, чтоб петь её постоянно.

Thank you for your reaction to "Opera 2"! Dimash's range as far as we know (including growling and vocal fry and whistle notes) is F#1-D8. The range of his normal voice is F2-F#6.

I think offering up an unedited version is a great idea, and the focus of this video (according to the title) is really about the surprise visit by Dimash's Father. So, I don't think there should be too much criticism on the editing. But this concern about critical or mean comments reminds me of an age old saying, "If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen". You of all people should know the internet and RUclips specifically is no place for the thin skinned or easily triggered content creators. You always have the option of deleting comments that offend your sensibilities. This is meant to offer another perspective.
