I have watched many try to do Dimash and they just can't get close to Dimash level. Good singers but Dimash is really the standard bearer, he is on another level and there is only one slot in that level...him 😇
They can just attempt to sound like Dimash, but still Dimash rules! There is something about him that is so distinct and unique that makes him stand out even in a couldron of great singers thrown together,,. 😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Only thing is that Dimash's version is in a lower key in the clip shown than what I sung, where I sung it in line with the original which was higher and also lighter (the original is more pop). Unfortunately I can't get any more weight on a Bb5 in mixed voice haha! Regardless you are correct, there is no matching Dimash!

Massive difference from live grand performance to a recording studio, yes. People in recording studios are showing what they CAN do in a relaxed setting. Dimash is showing what he DOES.

I really enjoyed this video a lot! First of all Adam, I have seen an evolution in you since your first reaction to Dimash. You have really become much less stiff and let your hair down and you're much more enjoyable to watch. I like this video because you are giving Dimash all the props he deserves, and even though the others can't match him (who possible could?) you point out the differences, but still give them credit. I give them all credit for even attempting these high notes!

When Dimash sings most ppl said he just lipsync when hes actually singing live. And when he actually lip sync in a TV show, they said he did it all the time including his concert. Most of the singers you featured were not in his league. They were all recorded in a studio & you dont even bothered to point out the difference. There should not even be a comparison made.

Please listen to all of Piet Arion:s version of SOS. Dimash is amazing, but Piet is also in his own way seriously gifted. His sensitive approach which I believe is more appropriate for SOS is hauntingly beautiful. And his range is beyond incredible... He has not had the advantage of some of the others and I wish that he would be encouraged to go on The Voice or something comparable so that he could be exposed to more of the public. He deserves all the help that he can get to be appreciated for the talent that he is. The fans would love him! Check out his version of Mariah Carey's O Holy Night and Morissette's Akin da na Lang. They are amazing! Would love to see him sing us duet with Morissette!
