I kept flying around trying to find some of these unavailable appearances, so you mean it's an abridged selection until they drop them again in December, or whenever? That's silly.
Only heads 2 and 3 were in a previous expedition, they're the only ones that *might* not be available as of right now (Adrift). Everything else you can buy straight from the camps, and only the 3 cloth-looking chest items seem to have any locational bias; I've seen every other head at every camp I've been to so far, and at least 2 of those 3 chest items at each camp too.

Does anybody know how to get more parts? Like, ive been to 1 camp after getting the mission but that camp only had a few parts, so do you like have to search for different camps that sell different parts???
You can find different staff parts at different autophage communities, but I think the body parts are the same for every location. I wish there were more options for legs and etc. still very nice
how do you unlock the autophage and customizations. I'm a new player and I've been looking and nothing gives a straight answer. I completed all the prerequisites, I'm on the they who returned mission, I have void motes I don't know how to unlock this stuff I haven't unlocked any new customizations I don't know where to go who to talk to and nothing tells me.
Have you uncovered the invisible Autophage camps yet on a planet's surface? Once you've installed the special device on your multi-tool and start making friends with that race you will see a red ATM looking terminal at the invisible camps that you uncover. You can only use those terminals to unlock and claim your Autophage customizations with your void motes. Hope that helps.
@@GamerGuide Yea, I was on the early part of the quest and hadn't gotten to that part. I haven't unlocked any cosmetics yet in my first playthrough and I tried looking it up online but no one had an answer. Once I got to a camp I realized interacting with the computer again allowed me to use the void motes. Thanks for the reply though.
(Pls respond) I bought some of the autophage appearances but when I go to customization and I go to autophage none of the stuff I bought is there everything locked
You've got to be on the same character you unlocked it on. You can't access them on new save file until you get to an autophage terminal and then grab the ones you unlocked on the other save file.
@@GamerGuide that’s not quite the issue I had, I wasn’t able to access the appearances on the save that I earned it on but after playing the game more I had to unlock every single appearance that was available at the autophage camp for it to work
Im late to the game on this video but need some help if anyone has some insight. I’ve completed the Artemis story and the Autophage story and still cannot unlock customization for these fellas. Im not sure what to do now. Everyone says do those two things
Yes, they normally redo the expeditions released that year at the end of the year. Of course I do not work for them but that is based on what they have done historically.
Actually there are hoods for Geks and even one for an Anomally type head once you unlock it at a pirate space station. The races that don't have a hood option right now are the Korvax, Vykeen, and the Travelers.
Yes, that is the Lost Bathysphere that can be attained by completing the Dream of the Deep quest. It is probably one of the more rare helmets in the game but I like the retro deep sea diver look of it.
Wow they need more body/hands/leg/feet options. And that alantid head that I love has a fucking bugges hood or something... The coolest head is the atlas one. I love her head coving. My partner plays with that head. I had hoped the alantid one i use had a better option but fuck that sucks

After you get enough standing, you can earn void motes by helping the Autophage. You can turn in the motes at a terminal to purchase everything.
You can find different staff parts at different autophage communities, but I think the body parts are the same for every location. I wish there were more options for legs and etc. still very nice
