    to prevent burning, make the meat sauce the last layer, cover with foil and cook through. Then add cheese as the final layer, put it back in the oven until melted or a little browned.

    Hi Milly
    tips for you for your next Lasagna recipe
    1. Ommit garam masala (i know its ur fav spice but its indian and were doing Italian)
    2. add smoked spanish paprika to you bolgnese sauce[mince meat sauce] to add colour n flavour
    3. King = mince, Queen = cheeses now they need a prince = bechaméhl sauce
    4. If your bolognese sauce is abit liquidy you dont need the kaputei sauce so your lasagna will soak up all the liquid
    5. when frying your onions b4 u do that temper the oil with bayleaves
    God bless, Enjoy......Maybe i can be ur guest in one of your videos one day 😊😊

    Milly Chebby nakupenda Bureee. You've made it very clear that you are a home-chef in an ordinary kitchen. I love that you are yourself and more than anything I think most of us here are drawn to your personality. I enjoyed the recipe. Believe it or not you have challenged me. I always eat lasagna from a restaurant or buy it frozen and never thought of preparing it myself. This is the second time I'm watching your cooking show. My family really enjoyed the matoke in peanut sauce recipe- wacha tu. Mungu akuzidishie.

    Hi milly, if its a classic lasagne "lasagna" key ingredients should have atlst olive oil, thyme, bay leaf, ricotta cheese, double cream, mozzarella and parmesan (red wine adds zing but its optional). This one looks yummy too tho. Thank you

  • @KendiKiremi
    @KendiKiremi 5 лет назад +1

    I believe you should soak the lasagna sheets for abit in hot water. Also try putting tomato paste in your mince meat and let your meat be slightly very very slightly soggy. All you did is great. Just a small tip for your next one

      I might be wrong but this to me is a "low blow". A woman's kitchen is her pride and your suggestion although genuine comes accross as if Milly's Kitchen isn't high standard. But you are wrong. Believe me when I say that the internet is full of fake people who cook in fake kitchens. Enticing and beautiful as they may be they really don't have the homely-kenyanness that come with it. Being out of the country also exposes me to all kinds of state of the art kitchens with top dollar equipment. I don't know about you but as for me, this kitchen right here, with Milly being warm and authentic as she always is, this is where I want to be, this is what I enjoy as a subscriber. This is the second video I'm watching and I'm hooked. Sometimes the person preparing and presenting the food draws you in more than the food, the equipment or the architecture. I wanna learn alongside Milly Cheby. I wanna grow alongside her too. From whatever state her kitchen might be right now- to the state-the-art Kitchen and equipment she will have in the near future. Shukran, and pole for "hijacking" your comment 😀😀
