At first I was a bit scary of the virtual process but it turned out to be perfect. Your attention to detail made all the difference to provide me with a perfect pair of driving glasses. Having drove 500km already (~300 milles) I can say that the quality is perfect, this tint makes the driving experience super relaxing and having paired with SmartLife technology makes reading the dashboard effortless (I can clearly see now some small details that were hidden before).
Also, going the extra mille of coming to Andorra to deliver them personally to me... What can I say... If this is not quality service and attention to detail, what else can one expect.

Hey Robert, great video! I'm definitely enjoying my Adaptive Sun lenses and custom tints that you cooked up for me, and the frames are so comfortable, both the Reykjavik Eyes and the Porche Designs. I had the opportunity to visit Barcelona, Andorra, Italy, and France about ten years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Thanks for the great information. I am looking for prescription sunglasses for golfing, I have been using green tinted Maui Jim’s but I have read that polarizing lens’s affect depth perception. On your video rating lens manufacturers, you indicated that Zeiss also made great sport lens’s with great coatings. For golfing what tint would you recommend and would you recommend tinting a Zeiss lens or going with Maui Jim’s..or…gulp..Oakleys?

Do you have this effect also on lenses with only 25% tint of sweet violet ?
Not to the same extent. That's the whole point I'm making. Don't try to squash them into a daily pair and embrace them as a mid-tinted pair, something most people don't have
I guess it's like wearing color grading on your face.
Which Zeiss lens did you go with and what tint percentage would you recommend for the sweet violet?
That's a great analogy. I wear mine at 50% on top of Zeiss SmartLife Digital lenses

I love this colour too..but don’t you think that violate is nearest to the UV in electromagnetic spectrum, so on that behalf could it be harmful or not ???
Well, like I said in the video, I wouldn't recommend these as everyday glasses or sunglasses, so in that sense I can't see any harm from wearing them occasionally. And they do have 100% UV protection in any case.
It's too bad you never got to experience Maui Jim's proprietary high contrast lens before they cancelled their ophthalmic line. That lens is virtually clear and engineered to enhance contrast and reduce glare for night time driving.
What are your thoughts on Silhouette frames? 😁

Can tints be combined with photofusion X lensen / transitions ?
Transitions, yes, but I would never want to combine this tint with Transitions - you would lose the effect.
What is the best photofusion flash that would work with Sweet Violet tint?
Purple, of course. But personally, I'd prefer these lenses not to adjust to light, so you get the same effect at all times
Are you using sweet violet transition lenses?
No, the point of a fixed tint is it gives you the exact effect you want. Transitions would mess with that
