Can’t wait for the 3500X to release and have all 140mm fans in it. Might actually consider it for a case swap for my streaming PC
Sadly, when 140mm support was first mentioned I thought that meant 3x140 support on the side and top, but apparently not. According to the specs on Corsair's site, if you want triple-fan support you're still stuck with 120's.
What are your streaming pc specs?

Glad I got the 1000D for a crazy good price recently. I've been waiting for the revision for a while now, but, as nice as it is that the 9000D got a couple of nifty upgrades - there's just that of all elegance of all the panels being tempered glass on the 1000D. When everything is off it looks like a nice piece of furniture (kind of like what Sony was going for with the PS5). I hope Corsair decides to release a model down the line with all tempered glass again. Wasnt sure on the mesh, but I just saw a similar case and it's actually quite nice.

3500x has me kinda confused. The power supply is right below the 2 140’s? Isn’t that hot air? And how are those two fans getting fresh air? Good looking case though
1:53 I just bought this case and I'm waiting for it to arrive. However, I intended to put my HDD from my old PC with most of my personal data in this case. Now I know that could be an issue... I hope I'll have enough room to squeeze it in there or something.

I had a 1000D... it wasok, I didn't mind the size, the overall space utilization didn't impress me... I liked the look though so I ended up with a 500D

I absolutely hate the reverse connectors and GPU power through the board. Hate.
Wonder if they'll ever do a gpu or a MB and have everything linked up like a corsair case gpu mb psu ram, monitor and fans, i mean they already have water stuff so why not jump into a rtx 6090 corsair IQ gpu

The should drop the price tag of the 9000D given they removed nearly all of the tempered glass (costly material). I mean overall it just looks like a cheaper case now without the nice glass giving it that obsidian look.
You'll need to hit the Gym before even considering doing a build in that 9000D ! ... lol

they are really cool but the problem is always the software lol...i don't know if with icue link is better.....but i have a corsair 500d.....and is very bad the software...many times I can’t install updates and I have to download the software again and install it again to be able to download updates..............i'm waiting the 5090 and i will choose another brand......
Man, i was really hoping the revision of the 1000d would have native quad 480 support.
Mmmm, I feel conflicted about it since phantheks just made a cheaper version of the elite, and that can hold 3 420s and a 560, and their is always the v3000plus with navite quad 480 support.
Meh...Fractal Torrent is still wayy cooler (figuratively and literally) and has more character. But yah, nice for Corsair tho. They will probably sell tens of thousands of them.
Hey Pc Centric, I’m going to be getting my own Pc set up hopefully very soon, and tbh I don’t really know what I’m doing, if you could, by any chance help me with it, personally, or give me some advice (personally) that would be great and super helpful, such like, recommendations for what monitor and Pc work well together, or what to prioritise overall because to tell you the truth I’m quite lost.

tbh, I have the 7000D completely filled up with rads (2x480, 1x140, 1x280) and this is already a fking beast and heavy asf. I cant even lift it alone. Its def the max size of case I would buy personally. Guess the next one will be a bit smaller due to the fact its easier to handle.

How does the small one do on air flow?
No one knows because it hasn't been tested yet. It has just been announced. I would guess similar to Phanteks NV5. Can't see the bottom fan on the PSU shroud being much use as they will be restricted by the PSU casing underneath. Also it's limited to 180mm max psu length according to 3500x specs on Corsairs site.
The fans down above the PSU, are those intake or exhaust? Im thinking of doing the same but not sure of that. Thanks!

The PSU shroud at the top is ventillated. They are intake fans. But the PSU casing is going to restrict them I think.
