I saw this house all the time for the past year abandoned. I’m glad they restored it. It was on the market for 2.5 millions ( in a really bad shape) now is 5 millions. Whoever buy it, I hope they are happy there!

Oh good ole far north of Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Mckinney, where people come for the American dream, but then after a year or two, they realize they are paying 7-10 thousand dollars a year in taxes for a home, 500 a month in lawn care, HOA, 200 water bill, all of a sudden that 400k house is costing 4K a month, and hour and half drive to downtown. So they move, and the next family comes in for the American Mcmansion dream home. Happens every day. Since I have lived in Plano/121, every house around me has been bought and sold in 5 years, every one. No one stays here more than a couple years, no one knows their neighbor. It's honestly a strange place to live.
I guess everyone's experience is different. I have many friends that have relocated here and don't plan on ever leaving. I have been in North Dallas now for over 15 years and I love it. The expenses here as compared to many part of the country are extremely affordable. Not to mention your money gets you so much more house. I appreciate your feed back and for watching the channel.

I walk our dogs by this house all the time. So glad it is finally on the market after sitting empty and abandoned for years.
Agents neglected to mention that it backs up to a 36 hole championship golf course that winds through the community. Just up the street from great shopping and restaurants!

Why this house is empty?
This home is a beautiful oasis, huge gorgeous entry way, I loved the water fountain in the middle of the driveway. Elegant landscaping, I wish you would have toured the guest living quarters but that's ok. The splash of red throughout the home was consistent yet subtle my favorite room was the kitchen, 9 fridges (each person could have their own food and drinks)the pizza oven was a selling point. I love the open living space and the additional entertainment area off to the sides. No big wow factors in the rooms, they were pretty moderate. The master suite was exquisite, a private sanitary within the home, the fireplace and cloth backing for the bed was an added plus. The raised tub is giving me Queen vibes, huge walk in shower, separate sinks (did you see the gold bowls)3 huge mirrors and a massive walk in closet straight out of a department store. The spiral staircase leading to the second flooring and another master suite is mind blowing. The exterior pool area was gorgeous, separate play area for the kids and a walking trail. I would love to see this property at night. This house has everything, a game room, plus a theater room and surround sound outside, what more do you need!!!! Perfect, central location to other parts of Dallas and a nice quiet neighborhood all for 5 million, it's a steal. Thanks for the tour.

Now THIS is how you show this home. I saw it done by anyone realtor on a 10 min tour. I thought, "ain't no way she getting ready to show this much house properly in 10 mins." and she didn't. No professional videographer, no outside views or anything. She filmed it on a tripod and cellphone so you couldn't appreciate the houses many amazing features. Bravo Hunt team in a job well done. I will be in contact when I nail down my timeframe for moving to the area.

The first floor of this house is exquisite however the second floor needs the exquisite touches crown mouldings marble fireplaces a lot more crystal chandeliers and sconces and gold trimmed paint!

I've just watched a couple of your listings, and I have to comment on the tours. Not enough information. In my opion, I think you need to show more of the bathrooms. Interested buyers to see them and give descriptions on counter heights, counter tops materials. Show more of the garages. What about heating and cooling? Show inside of pantries. Show the full kitchens. Cabniets, soft close? About kitchen appliances? Things like that. I would like to see more details. Things like that. Oh and Daniel, great suits.
