Great big band sound--and that clarinet solo--wow! No dead weight in this band...
This is such a treat. To hear Robben play in this context adds so much depth to his songs. His singing is great and the big band play empathetically . The clarinet solo is beautiful. And of course his stunning guitar playing.

I like this a lot. The band is excellent, nice tune and it put Robben's talent in a special light.

Robben Ford is the consummate artist. He is what every serious musician should strive for. Also, the clarinet solo was a was masterful in its rhythmic and harmonic design. A beautiful sound as well. I have listened to this performance many times and never tire of it always hearing something new.
This is another song that I cannot listen to without tearing up. His insight on the "road" is too real. This song puts me in his shoes
This is so Sunday Afternoon perfect... ....... Take the time to observe the Conductor, Incredible direction of at least 30 musicians and their instruments...... Music , Writing , The final Release of the work.... We are so Lucky here in the USA..... excluding no man anywhere...
This set with the hrBig Band highlights Robben Ford's singing and songwriting as no other format has in the past. Simply superb.
It's as if his voice was made for this song.

Actually, I wrote the lyrics and Michael McDonald wrote the music.
