What a pleasant surprise, 'been a Robben fan since the 70's, this is really great and unexpected.
Robben Ford is becoming a very good singer too
Age has improved his voice , not to mention all those times he sang in the last forty five years . He was an incredible player when he was young , and now he is even more seasoned like a fine wine that just gets better with age .
As a seventy year old player myself I can understand the degree of his genius and the clarity of his execution . I just discovered his videos on line this winter and I can't believe that I was not aware of his playing earlier in my life . The internet has provided us with a huge library of musical recordings that are primarily live shows . Man I love it . This band is hot , what a well tuned product , nothing but the best for these guys . I can't say enough good things about Robbin Ford .
A very good?! This sound like an insult! Not only he is, in my opinion, the best guitar player ever, but his unique voice colour, phrasing and his pronunciation put him on the top of few truly great singers!
