I love ,love and love the recipe and the picture and the mutton trotters. I am making this for Saturday in laws ' dinner. Might use cow's trotters though. Your mom in law seems to have inspired you a lot the way you talk about her. And you are inspiring us all with your wonderful easy to make dishes. The tomato part had got me thinking...will try though.. let's see how they turn out. The prawns are still pending I know and would definitely make them at least once before the Winter ends in shaa Allah.
I never liked runny Paye until learned from MIL to add tomatoes… the rest is all my recipe that I had to share with her and you all😍 Cow trotters will equally go well and follow the secret ingredients that I shared as a tip. Yeah! Please check out all my recipes where I hardly add 1 tbsp of ghee or oil or no oil at all. I do Biryani and Nihari also with 1 tbsp of ghee.
