  • In this full #review I will explain all the specs of the 2023 #BMW #540 #sedan and take it out for my test drive. The 540i is 1 second faster than a 530i and has a bigger engine. Adding the #msport doesn't increase any power but the outside will look more aggressive and the #xdrive adds AWD.

THANK YOU. I am truly evaluating this car (the BMW 540i) as a possible "next vehicle". I truly appreciate your review of the car! THANKS!

I think the most amazing thing about mine so far has been the gas mileage on the highway in Eco mode. I'm hitting 36-38 miles per gallon in this mode at speeds of 75-85 mph on the highway. It's unreal the tuning level the Germans have on this model.

Does the Car make a “beep beep” noise when someone is in your blindspot?

in iDrive there’s an option to vibrate the steering wheel if someone is in your blind spot when you activate your turn signal.

Lose the run flats and I might want one.

I’m not a big fan of them either but with a vehicle I use to own, I had a flat 2 different times and was able to drive for more then 30ish miles and a couple days. With my new vehicle my Perelli separated (it had about 50% tread depth left) and it took forever for the donut tire. If it was a full size it would’ve been easier but the run flats can get you to a repair without changing anything. Just some pros and cons 😁👍

Nothing wrong with modern run flats. Just a perception issue from older models....
