So cute. A mimikyu would be cool
Mimikyu is already on my list of Pokemon to make, so totally agree 😂.
This is so cute! Thank you for sharing such a cute and impressive pattern. What if you did a caterpe that transforms into a butterfree just like in the series?
OMG my partner would love this!!! They’re so cute! I don’t know if it’s on your list but I’d love to see a Piplup reversible, that’s our favourite Pokémon. Love your channel and crochet designs ❤️
Ooooh Piplup is such a good idea!! Honestly, the list is sooo long at this point 😂.
And thank you so much!
These are so impressive! Thank you for sharing 🤩😍🥰
Finally finish mine. Took me 6 months bc adhd, but looks great. Thank you :D
Awesome! Doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you enjoy the crochet journey lol.
I love your designs! I just found your patterns and channel via your Raverly account. So happy to subscribe! This is soo awesome 👾😄
I didn't know about the ravelry! I will have to go over there and favorite
Hi and welcome! And thank you so much for the kind comment!
Omg! I absolutely love this! Planning to make one. So cute!
Thank you for sharing your talent. My granddaughter will love this. She loves pikachu and Evie, could you do them please 🙏. Thank you in advance. You will make a young Pokémon enthusiast very very happy. ❤😊
So cute!!! I def think you should do more! Can you do a reversible ditto/gengar?! That would be so awesome.
Gengar is actually a work in progress 😉
@@SkeinSpider omg that's great! I'll be watching for it. Thank you for all your hard work and generosity in sharing these guys with us. 🥰
After a little over two weeks, I finally finished it! Next Pokémon I’m doing is an Eevee.
Nice! Good luck with your Eevee :)
Love your designs! Charmander would be amazing!
Thank you! Yes, another great idea!
My grandkids are going to adore this!
Awww!
Making this with bernat forever fleece (super bulky) and a k10 hook and I'm loving how it's coming out! Went with 12mm eyes for a more realistic ditto look
Wow, that's honestly such a cool idea!! How big did it turn out?
@Skein Spider I posted my finished product on ravelry. It's linked to the pattern on there
Edit: sent it to you on ravelry
Cheers, I'll have to check it out.
you are like my favrot youtuber ever i have made so much stuff from you thank you so much ❤
Thank you!! :)
I love this so much, and i see the list of materials. But not how much jarn is needed. I'm working on the dito side but i think i won't make it and this color is out of production. So before i start over and order not enough jarn. I thought i could ask
From memory, I think I used just under 100g of purple yarn for ditto.
What a great birthday gift for my sister.❤ Thank you so much!
No worries and Happy Birthday to your sister!
Omg I can’t believe I’ve just discovered you! I can’t wait to make this for my brother… ps I love that you’re in Aus too 😁 go girl!!
Hi and welcome!! It's always nice to meet fellow Aussie crocheters! 😊
Thank you so much for the pattern! It came out super.
Awesome! 💙
I DEFINITELY need that Snorlax! It's my husband's favorite Pokemon!
The Snorlax part will be out in a few weeks!!
I love this! :D Can you do evolutions too? Especially Eeveelutions?
Eevee/Eeveelutions are already on my to-do list (and very high up lol). I've just got to find the time to start designing them!
I had so much fun with this...didn't have the right purple so used a baby blue for a shiny ditto...I would love to see evolutions in the flips...
Personally, I like shiny Ditto more lol. I'm planning to do some different evolution flips, it'll just take a while 😅
Oh my goodness!! I absolutely love this!! ❤️
Thanks so much! If you're interested, I released the Snorlax version just a few hours ago.
eevee and thier evolutions would be cool
Recently found your channel, your work is fantastic!! I'm working on the ditto right now. Can't wait for the Snorlax!
I'm not a huge pokemon fan. I am 6 years older than my brother and I think pikemon was more in his generation than mine. But I remember working at BurgerKing when the show was really big and we had to hand out toys in the kids meals. It was nuts! Adults would flat out want to buy sets of all the toys for themselves 😂 I think there were 99 different toys at the time (4 of them were Pikachu's in different poses) and to buy a set was like $400 😬
Otherwise, take your chances in a kids meal and each meal was $3.99 and there was 4 different toys available every week and every 3rd week we had repeats of the first 2 weeks.
I do remember buying a set for my brother, just because, he is my favorite brother 🙄 but I was honkin mad about spending $400 cause I was only 16 😂
I did always love the Jiggly puff. No reason, cause I don't even like pink but for some reason the simplistic nature just made it cute.
I have a friend that likes the bulbasaur, and I know he evolves into a similar looking turtlish type creature but I'm not sure of its name. I think it would be fun to make a flip toy like that where it evolves into its relation.
I was reading down in the comments and also saw that you had a ravelry! Well, I just favorited you! Now I can look back at all the patterns more easily, because its hard for me sometimes to keep finding things on youtube. But I love that you have a shop and I can watch the videos for help
Oh man, I don't envy you working during that madness! Though I'm sure your brother appreciated it!
I'm already attempting a Bulbasaur, just because I already had a pattern for one, but with the quadrupeds it's a bit more difficult so I'll have to do some tweaking.
Yes, I do. Though I don't do as much with it as I probably should 😅.
there is a snorlax ditto reversible at the top of the pate
I love this so much gotta make it immediately.
Haha, have fun! 😊
This is so adorable!!!
Omg so cute!! Is there a text version of the pattern available? Can't wait for the Snorlax/Ditto!
Thanks. No written pattern yet and, full transparency, I don't know if there will be one due to potential copyright issues. Hopefully, Snorlax will be out in a few weeks!
@@SkeinSpider No worries, I still appreciate your patterns regardless.
Just wondering if the different configurations of sc and inc makes a difference?
Eg: 1sc, 2inc x6 [18] and 7sc, 1inc x2 [18]
They equal the same stitches so what does changing it up do?
Yeah, the specific placement of the increases helps shape the amigurumi.
My grandson wants a rattata - there is only one pattern I can find and it isn't reversible. He would love a reversible one and I would be glad to sponsor the pattern.
I can't make any promises, but I'll add it to The List.
Can you make a reversible Pokémon ball & Ditto?
Added to the suggestion list :)
Maybe even reversible evolutions of some of the pokemon? Like, one of the pokemon on one side and what it evolves into on the other? That would be bad@$%
Wondering when Snorlax version would be coming out...
If all goes to plan, it should be out literally a week from today. It'll be my second video of 2023.
Excellent video. Do you have a written pattern for purchase somewhere?
Thank you. Not yet, written patterns are a bit of a work in progress.
This is incredible 🥰
Cheers 😊
You should do a mimiku!!!!
se ve tan genial :'0, puedes hacer uno igual pero con snorlax y ditto? por favor :)
I must've made my stitches too tight or something because the reversible aspect of my doll was 😆 I had to reeeeeaally squeeze them in both ways. Nonetheless, it still came out really cute!
It's supposed to be a bit of a tight squeeze, otherwise the pieces don't hold up and flop about everywhere lol. But I'm glad yours still worked out in the end!
This is so cute
Cheers!
1:26 will u make reversible eevee and it’s evolutions
That's definitely on the to-do list!
Ah! This is genius!
Oh my gosh this is amazing thank you
Thank you and no worries 😂
Do you have the pattern written as well?
I'm new to crocheting but I'm confused by some of the instructions, for example [27sc, 1in] [58] but 27 +1 is 28×2 is 56, does the increase count as 2?
The increase counts as two because it’s two stitches in a single stitch. 27 sc x 2 = 54. Inc x 2 = 4. Total is 58
Omg i love ist😍😍😍😍 Can you please do Milotic? It‘s my favourite Pokémon 😍❤️
I'd love try try Milotic though because of its shape, it might be a bit too difficult to make it compatible with Ditto. I'd have to do alot of testing 😅.
@@SkeinSpider maybe milotic and another pokemon in the Shape of milotic🙈
I am hoping for a clarification on the yarn itself.... 8 ply equals ??? I have not found 8 ply ( in Canada) in a cotton yarn, but I find lots of 4 ply and 3 ply. My confusion is that in a conversion chart 8ply is listed as DK yarn in Canada, but the DK yarns I find all say they are 4 ply. I have made several other amigurami and a small Snorlax using the 4 ply cotton that I can find, usually "Sugar and Cream" . it is rated as medium gauge worsted weight. When I look at yarn weight charts they indicate that 8 ply is medium DK , that is the same descriptor for the cotton 4 ply I have been using. My grandson would like me to make your reversible Ditto pattern.... I want to do it right but am so confused on which yarn (and how much of it} I will need. Help please!
I'm really sorry but I don't know if I can offer any clarification as I have no experience with yarn used outside of Australia. My go to is usually conversion charts as well, so I just know from them that 8ply equals size 3/D.K Weight/11wpi.
However, you can make this pattern using different yarn weights/hook sizes, though that will affect the size. Perhaps you could crochet with two strands of your 4ply to make 8ply? But again, I'm not familiar with your 4ply so I'm not 100% certain.
Thanks. I will give it a go!
Your channel is awesome
Wow! Thank you so much! 🙈😊💙
Just completed mine, but I think I made the Jigglypuff either too big or I made ditto too small. I have to use so much force to get Jigglypuff in Ditto, but when I do get him in ...Ditto looks all puffed out and lumpy 🤣
Wow you're so great!
did you make the gengar one?
I haven't finished that one yet.
Please release the snorlaax!! Can’t wait!!
Adorable
Cheers!
Is there a written version of this pattern any where ?
Nope, there isn't.
@@SkeinSpider no worries thanks for the quick response ☺️
Im going to challenge myself to try this with oddish!
Yes!! Oddish is on my 'to-crochet' list too (because how can that cutie not be? 😂). If you do make one and are comfortable with sharing, I'd love to see it 😊.
@@SkeinSpider will do! I’m going to try finishing up some projects this week so I can start it this weekend
Spinarak/ parasect mix ❤️
Eevee/Eeveelutions into Ditto/Zoura
How about Pikachu/ditto
Nice!

Reversible Groudon
I would like to see snorlax
I have a Snorlax version that will be out in a few weeks. I didn't have the right yarn to make it in this video 😔.

Eevee to Pikachu
That's a cool idea. I'm working on Eevee to the Eeveelutions, so I could slip a Pikachu in there lol.
@@SkeinSpider OMG, Eevee is my sib's favorite. Looking forward to that. (:
This is so cute
Cheers!
