    I just listened to the first 5:40. We used to by CDs of Shows...Annnd Listen to them.
    Who would listen to a CD with THIS Garbage on it?

      Literally the most close minded opinion I've ever heard. You obviously haven't heard the full fidelity recordings of modern shows. I blast that shit in my car all the time and it's amazing. DCI was NEVER bad at any point. The classic shows were the foundation of what we have now. Rooted in the Military D&B units. However the activity had to evolve with the times. If they hadn't, the fanbase would grow smaller and smaller as they would find other mediums to express their musical abilities in a more up-to-date way.
      Also, this was their first competitive performance of the 2017 season, and they got second place. As well, I got to see this show in person later in the season and it was absolutely incredible. The brass was so clean and powerful, there's a reason they placed 3rd in finals and won Best Brass.
