I would come up with an original comment, but Mr McMahon already stole it and claimed it as his own
And John Cena replied to this comment, you just can't see him
+Are U Super Cereal omg you killed me
McMahon's a genius the hell you talking about?
+Roman “Cena 2.0” Reigns an evil genius sure
HAHAHA NO
I don't get the whole 'Warrior stole Sting gimmick'. They wrestled together as a tag team for years with face paint on?
Yea but they almost had the same gimmick. Sting was this young facepainted goodguy and so was warrior
They "almost had the same gimmick" because they developed it when they were tag team partners. When the tag team split, they just kept the gimmicks they already had. The only influence the WWE had in Warrior's gimmick was the entrance music, and changing his name from "Dingo Warrior" to "Ultimate Warrior."
..but they didn't have the same gimmick. The only thing similar, as you pointed out, was the face paint. Literally nothing else was anywhere close to either of them.
you're right about that. Warrior started with WWF in June 1987 while Sting began with WCW in July 1987. Their popularity was basically simultaneous. So these guys are really reaching on this one.
Also The DX/nWo section of the video as well.
"the nWo invented the cool heel wrestling faction"
Four Horsemen says hello.
And the nwo was a stolen idea too from japan lol. This person is very biased
nwo oirginal came from Japan
Four horsemen wasn't as cool as NWO.
They were boring at times imo
Both created by WCW creative. Btw I never watch the early 90's but there was a group that succeeded the 4 horseman and preceded the NWO. The Dangerous Alliance. Anyhow I think they tried to copy the 4 horseman by creating Bret Hart's faction the Hart Foundation.
Sting and Warrior were in the same tag team both with face paints.
Warrior is a ripoff of the "Modern day Warrior" Kerry Von Erich
lebron is the ultimate warrior
Why wasn't the Road Warriors gimmick used by Demolition not mentioned? Yes, the Road Warriors were not an NWA-created gimmick but it was a popularly benefited set-up copied by the WWF in early-1987.
Shawn Lee - Not true. Warrior was a rip off of The Road Warriors. Even way back when Rock (Warrior) teamed with Sting as The Blade Runners.
no they weren't it was Sting and Lex Luger that were in a tag team together wearing the same face paint
Paul Heyman brought Guererro, Jericho, Mysterio etc. So it wasn't Bischoff it was actually Heyman.
and if it wernt for paul heyman there would never be a attitude era
+Toxic DarkLord Exactly.
That first shoot style promo that Austin did in ECW was great. I remember seeing The Ringmaster and thinking where the hell is the guy that was screaming into the camera from ECW...
Yea, but to be fair, how many people were tuning in to ECW weekly/monthly(how often DID they run shows?!) WCW Gave all these guys their first MAJOR break. Keep in mind, I am an ECW fan, however, I'm grown up enough to acknowledge they were never a major. They were the 90's NXT, essentially, WWE payroll and all.
+PcP Films Yes but Bishcoff still knew about those guys and a few of them were televised like Red Mysterio vs Psychosis and Eddie Guerrero vs Desk Malenko
ECW made the cruiserweights not WCW
I was just about to say this. Thanks to Paul Heyman and Konnan for bringing over luchadors from Mexico that WCW eventually raided from ECW.
But WWE made the light heavyweight division in response to WCW's cruiser weights
This guy is the worst in WhatCulture Wrestling and they stillkeep pushing him lol, he doesn't even get his facts right doe.
Ecw brought in names like Rey Mysterio jr., Chris Jericho, dean Malenko, and Eddie Guerrero, and even Chris Benoit, but he wasn't cruiser weight, but they were all in ecw before wcw.
AAA in Mexico and njpw have been doing junior weights...
3:03 - Sting invents dabbing.
"Let's get ready to borrow from the NWO" with Triple H's voice cracked me up.
Martim Xavier i swear ti go i was reading this at the exact time da guy said it
Sting and warrior inspired each other, they were friends and tag partners.
and ultimate warrior came from vince thinking in the road warriors.
Plus both of them became world champions in their respective companies.
This should be the top comment....... This video contains a massive John o clock......and johns not in it.
Yeah, weren't they the blade runners or something like that?
Like I said elsewhere, it's not about the look, it's about pushing the guy with colorful attire and face paint.
Ryback is not a ripoff of Goldberg. They're attires and wrestling styles are completely different. Just because they're both bald and jacked, doesn't make them similar.
They're both terrible, boring, & sloppy wrestlers who were supposed to be pushed to the fucking moon by beating up jobbers in squash matches. And yes. They do have similar wrestling styles.
I always felt like Roidback was a cross between Rhyno and Goldberg.
I always thought that Goldberg was the next stone cold. Wwe really did him no justice at all. In fact it's near criminal
This exactly.
They're similar, but not identical; I think that's the best way to say it. And while both COULD have been identical, what with Booking being the ones to decide to keep Ryback as a midcarder, I feel like Ryback actually has more that can be done with him than Goldberg ever had; Losing adds a lot of long-term options - particularly with storytelling - compared to an embellished winning streak, made to only be a winning streak, until it ends.
I think whatculture needs to do more research
most of this list is such fucking bullshit
The only thing which is wrong is Warrior copying Sting. They both came up together as a tag team and Warrior and Sting both just kept the look they already had. Everything else is pretty close to the truth.
Josh S
And the fact that ECW's Cruiserweights inspired WWE
Right. Paul Heyman brought over the stars. Eric Bischoff bought the cruiserweight stars from ECW and put them on a bigger stage. Thus, he usually gets the credit. Vince copied the idea of the division with the title from WCW.
Yeah, I read a lot of the wrestling magazines in the 80s and I remember Ultimate Warrior was doing a Dingo Warrior gimmick with similar facepaint in the territories before he was called up.
Listen WhatCulture: WCW wasn't the company who started the Cruiser Weight division. WCW actually stole the Idea from the original ECW.
ECW had a lot of cruiserweight guys and high flying fast paced matches but there was no cruiserweight division.
WCW Stands for World Championship Wrestling
When guys like Mysterio, Psychosis, Jericho, Guerrero and Malenko were in ECW in 95/96 they battled for the World Television title..
WCW had the Light Heavyweight Title back in 1992 with Jushin Thunder Liger and Brian Pillman holding the belt.. That title line was what evolved into the original WCW Cruiserweight championship .. So, sorry Alex R, you're wrong about that no matter how you look at it...
@@KAC426 lol the autistic interruption in a conversation, where did that random comment come from?
10 gimmicks wcpw stole from wwe
1. nothing
#1 damien sandow
Simon = Ryback
Rampage is looking like Rusev but without matchka...
Cough cough King Ross
I thought Sting and Ultimate Warrior (aka Dingo Warrior) were the Blade Runners back in the WCCW days and came up together.
Yes they were the freedomfighters/bladerunners but wwf gave the same character to warrior that Sting had. I mean there was almost no difference. Even the theme song was almost the same
The Man called Sting I'd agree that they did dupe the gimmick, but they'd had the same look for years. Fair enough?
sailingmaster Yes
They did
+The Man called Sting Why they didn't touch on that I will never know.
sting didn't influence the warrior or vice versa they were a tag team called the blade runners in mid south wrestling (uwf)...then blade runner rock( the dingo warrior) became the ultImate warrior after he left wccw .
Sting and ultimate warrior were a tag team BEFORE they were in WCW or WWE and they BOTH wore face paint
So what? Actually Sting stoled MANY from others: The Name, The Crow-Gimmick, its not a big deal
FB trash and warrior started wrestling before sting with face paint
Half of these just sound like "WCW did them first, but WWE made them way way better and more popular".
and I honestly have never seen how Ryback is a Goldberg ripoff. Ryback isn't like Goldberg at all. his gimmick isnt even close to Goldbergs.
+TLP V3 & the meat hook & shell shock is like the spear & jackhammer
+TLP V3 also "who's next?!" And "feed me more" and they both had a long non losing streak, of course Goldbergs was far longer
Roman is more like Goldberg.. with poor charisma (mic skill), same finishing move, and winning streak.
Although the gimmicks are far different, WWE actually had Ryback do the Jackhammer in quite a few matches to combat the Goldberg chants
te be fair, ryback only used "feed me more" because his brain couldn't store more than 3 words at a time.
Top 10 worst people on the mic!
pacitti would be 1st
+Aaron Lee after you
jack?
+Nara Ken delos Santos that would be like a dishonourable mention😂
jack the jobber
Well both stole shit from Paul Heyman and ECW
Where do you think Rey and Eddie were before WCW?
Edge's first character was like a watered down version of Raven for example
The NWO was the only reason I watched WCW.
Sgt. Lincoln Osiris no doubt. That and Goldberg's run. Plus sting as both the face paint and even the crow are what made wcw great. But being from Atlanta I've always been biased towards WCW because of the headquarters and ted turner being from here.
Same
Not Me. I Watched WCW For Everything Except The Last Week. NOT When The Magnificent Seven Members Were Attacked Backstage One By One. Sting Was Attacking Them Folks.
last time I was this early mark Henry was sexual chocolate
last time i was this early beaver cleavage was the face of the company
the last time I was this early Theodore Long is just a referee.
Last time I was this early I...it...John Cena was..I don't know how to make these kinds of comments
+Dudderz L
last time I was this early Hulk Hogan wasn't racist
Roman stole my gimmick :(
CENA HAS SPOKEN
I cant see the message.
well he tried to, at least Cena as a face for a time
but he failed to stole your mic skill. he over stole your look strong gimmick though.
And you stole Hogan's
the nWo has more members than WWE's current roster
Drud Winder lmao
Mr. Kennedy
You are high
Lol 😂
WWE: "Anything you could do, I can do better".
And then we get: Johnny Polo und DDP! *wuah wuah wuah*
Nope, its a poor executed immitation
@@aboriginalson* travesty
Dx didn't copy nWo, both started in WWF, the Kliq
That may be one of the dumbest fantasy bookings I have ever heard.
Vince kept dubbing their opportunity to be a team. The kliq was a subliminal team. We knew the correlation when all 5 did the hand gesture. Triple h had the idea long before nwo started. And they became degeneration x after Bret hart called them a couple of degenerates naturally and hbk took it and ran with it and that was all off the script.
+skinsman82000 oh is that right. yet I have no clue what's going on. fuck outta here with your dumb ass
+Darryl Johnson *you
The Four Horsemen started in the eighties and they were MUCH better.
Uh, WhatCulture. Sting and Ultimate Warrior were best friends and they both painted their faces and wore bright clothes before WCW & WWE... Got one wrong again.
Can people fucking listen for a change. That's not what they meant. They meant Sting was the top babyface champion in WCW, so they tried to make Warrior the top babyface champion in WWE.
And your wrong!
Joel weir Who?
How do we know that was their mindset though at the time? Warrior already had a lot of traction and momentum at the point. One could argue him winning the World title was inevitable anyway.
They do have history together, and had been wrestling in face paint for most of their careers at that point, but it was specifically New Generation's Surfer Sting face paint that inspired Warrior's.
I love Ultimate Warrior (you give a buff guy cocaine and tell him to talk about spaceships and I'll be on-board), and even I admit that's where the face paint idea came from.
Just a word of notation. Both wrestlers Sting and The Ultimate Warrior were training partners and tag team partners as The Blade Runners which were a professional wrestling tag team consisting of future superstars Sting and Rock (later better known as Ultimate Warrior), that existed in 1985 and 1986
the big gold belt cameback during the wwf-wcw invasion angle. I have a suspecting feeling that the title might comeback yet again as the smackdown world title when they do the brand split. The only reason they got rid of it in 2013 was because they dropped the brand split gimmick and had raw and smackdown super shows more frequently. There was no need for two world titles when both champions appeared on both shows.
goldberg and ryback have nothing have nothing in common except that theyre bald bulky big guys and that wasnt wwe's decision.
Yes it was.
WWE try to recreate the streak and fail miserably
Heil Lesnar their gimmick basically the same. a strong guy who crush anyone, has a similar catchphrase too "who's next" for goldberg and "feed me more" for ryback.
People even mocking ryback with goldberg chant at some point
Most new star that debut start out protected, if they are to be shown as an unstable menace they start out with a winning streak as they dispatch carpenter after jobber. Goldberg main difference he did it to Hugh Morris and no sold the moonsault. (ala john cena) and then ran through a tons of lower card guys before continue the gimmick to the main event. by the time he finally lost people where wonder who could ever defeat this babyface monster.
and they are both known for botches, punk said ryback broke his rib and goldberg ended bret hart
Yeahhhh this is more of an opinion piece. Not very well researched, either.
I agree, I usually like the lists WhatCulture Wrestling has, but this is probably the worst. Most of them are stretches, too, DX and nWo were fairly dissimilar, nWo was about running roughshod and taking over, while DX was about being irreverent guys sticking it to the WWF. Starrcade may have been the earlier supercard show, but it certainly was not the spectacle WrestleMania was. Thunder, while debuting a couple years earlier, was tailor-made to be a horrible show due to the contracts WCW signed with their top talent such that they never showed up on it, whereas SmackDown featured the same talent as Raw, so that's a bad comparison too, and I could go on about the other stuff. About one of the few things the video got right was the cruiserweights, and WCW stole that from ECW, so they're not exactly pioneers either. More research please, to whoever penned this video, step up your game....
the title should read 10 WWE gimmicks inspired by WCW. It would make more sense.
True, that would be more fair. I'm not a WWE fanboy, I used to watch WCW back in the day - didn't have Nitro live in Canada at the time, I think TSN carried it late night then occasionally (or the next day), but I did catch Thunder more often, and I liked it for what it was, but there was a reason WWF/E won the War, they ended up with a better product, and pushed new talent instead of burying them.
It is well researced and not just an opinion. Pro wrestling innovations did not begin with WWF in the mid-1980s. Many fans like myself have been watching wrestling prior to that time and lived through much of what's talked about in this video.
lol, quiet mark. truth hurt?😂
Thank you Dusty Rhodes for War Games RIP
Thanks for making this video!
WCW get trashed a lot on documentaries in WWE's attempt to rewrite history. They make it seem like WCW had just one or two hits and 999 misses. :(
I just think about something : Monday Night Raw Monday Nitro. say nitro slowly you will see
Yep thats the same thing that I was thinking for years. I always thought that WCW stole it xD
Holy cow! You blew my mind man!
fuck im retarded... someone spell it out for me
holy shit *x files theme begins playing*
+jordab Monday Nitro. Monday Nit Ro. Sound like Monday Night Raw
Only the Starcade and Wrestlemania similarities are true, the other 9 are fake lmao. Step up your game WhatCulture....
gonna offer any basis for your argument or nah?
Correct.
i agree some of them are exagerations but DX was clearly a respond for the NWO
*****
unless you are using a very similar formula, basically thanks to the NWO DX was created
***** DX was a straight ripoff.
i still don`t get people...how is ryback anything like goldberg..
because they`re both bald? really?
they sure as fuck didn`t book him like goldberg.
WWE tried, but failed miserably, lol.
Shut up and fall back with your hairline
they look alike act alike and they both spear people a lot in the wwe
Goldberg didn`t sell, ryback oversold. Ryback didn`t use the spear. I mean do you people even watch the show or are you just making shit up?
ryan phillips Seriously, bro? Goldberg was a bald, big, intense guy with a goatee that had a winning streak, had a simple catchphrase, wore black trunks and used the Jackhammer.
Ryback was a bald, big, intense guy with a goatee that had a winning streak, had a simple catchphrase, ended up wearing black trunks and using the Jackhammer...
I miss the old cruiser weight division. A lot of those guys were so entertaining to watch. Such great workers.
You're clutching at straws here. None of these are stolen gimmicks.
These are stolen gimmicks. Many of us who have been watching wrestling prior to the Attitude Era of the late 90s can attest to this. WWE/WWF did not orginate the annual supercard event or pay-per-view concept. WCW/JCP did closed circuit broadcasts before WWF. Piper, Junkyard Dog, Greg Valentine, Hercules Handendez and many other future WWF stars all got started in Mid-Atalantic or World Class, both NWA promotions. Hogan was hired from the AWA. You have to have lived history or know history to understand where all this originated. Many wrestling innovations did not begin with WWF in the mid-80s, sorry.
This is not to slight Vince McMahon, who deserves credit for his marketing and business saavy, and ruthlessness, in turning pro wrestling into a mainstream attraction in the 1980s. He saw the future of pro wrestling, which was no longer only religated to the then 30-year-old territory model. That he deserves credit for, and he used much of WCW/JCP and World Class concepts to achieve his vision.
None of these are stolen gimmicks
Wow you must be part of the KISS VINCE'S ASS CLUB cause all of what was said is STOLEN GIMMICKS and IDEAS!
Walkerzed None of these are stolen gimmicks kid
nWo invented the cool heel faction? Have you not heard of The Four Horsemen?
they don't own that gimmick either. Character ideas like that have been going on longer than pro wrestling itself, you can't just claim it
the four horsemen weren't cool. they just stood together and took turns shouting at you. Come to think of it all promos back then were pretty bad except for randy savage and dusty rhodes
You say that now, but they were definitely seen as cool back in the day, even with all the yelling haha
+sadowolf We look upon The Four Horsemen with scorn, like we do with many things from the 80's. Not Metallica though. Master Of Puppets 4 Lyfe!
No scorn here, I love the Horsemen and Metallica haha
That Vince impression was spot on! lol
Good video I'm glad I'm not the only one who knew this stuff. WCW was the better company from probably 94-98
Doesn't matter because WCW ran itself to the ground
You'll never be able to undo all the wwe brainwashing and revisionist history. They've been at it for too long now.
+Marcus Schulz agreed. Vince wanted to buy WCW for $55M in the late 90s & Bischoff laughed him out of the building
Hard to believe Vince was able to purchase WCW for barely a fraction of that 3 years later after the AOL-Time Warner merger despite how deteriorated their product had become
WCW was still worth hundreds of millions of dollars...the WWE's slanted retrospectives don't really help bring light to the situation either
revisionist history indeed. WCW numbers toward the end are close to what wwE is doing now. The main difference is the USA still wants WWE. Time warner were looking to unload there wrestling company like it was a bad habit and gave them nothing to support it. When they sold it they didn't even give the new possible owners a tv deal. So who ever bought the promotion had to find one right away which is what kill the buyer group that was form to take over. Vince who just wanted the video library and take advantage of the situation took advantage of an already establish deal that allow him to purchases the company if there were no immediate buyers. Since Vince didn't need the tv deal all this became history.
+Marcus Schulz Rating level same as now yes but, WCW had lower host show attendance, and merch sales then now. Also you can't compare WWE now to WCW at its end since you got to take in count all the other was WWE makes money now besides TV ratings. Like how do you compare WCW's low PPV buys to the WWE network?
Just because wcw crashed and burned, doesn't devalue its achievements. It did a lot of great things despite the screw ups that would lead to its demise
last time I was this early the Bulls front office didn't take L's
yeah, fuck them
It wasn't a bad trade lol
Lopez and caledron are solid but grant ....... not going to be good for another 2or3 years
They just traded a washed-up pending free agent for a quality center in his prime and a decent PG prospect.
Only one taking an L here is the Knicks. Yet again.
+RetepAdam Exactly its 2016 not 2011 D Rose is a borderline top 10 pg now and probably was gonna leave in free agency anyway might aswell get something for him
His Mr. McMahon and Triple H impressions are pretty spot on
That was a really good impression
Goldberg was the Austin counterpart of WCW tho.
not at all. that's a laughable idea.
why? cause theyre both giant baldies? other than their bald heads they were by no means similar
+BurntRAM Kevin Sullivan said that they purposefully gave Goldberg a similar look to Austin so that when people who didn't know better were told by their friends or what have you about Austin they might confuse the two and start watching Nitro.
+Christian Lonergan what is the source on that?
Interview with Kevin Sullivan on the network
What culture do you know what happens when a video like this is boring and no one cares...........................YOU JUST MADE THE LIST!!!!
absolutely brilliant !
+WhatCulture Wresting 1:37 - 1:38 That Angry Vince McMahon Impersonation was Well done! (slow claps)
Heel factions and heel GMs go way before NwO and fucking Eric Bischoff. Jesus Christ. Unsubscribed.
Example please.
True, but they weren't popular to the point of being face until NWO.
+A.J. Farmer uhhhh. free birds and four horsemen.
the idea of causing havoc that the nwo caused did inspire Dx fuck tard
The Four Horsemen ... probably waaaaaaaaay before you were even born :P
This new guy is alright, but can Ben just be the last new guy?
hahahahaha oh no someone stole my idea which i make grown men perform in spandex haha
going live, and expanding to two hours (as well as adding SD! to counter Thunder) were Survival mechanisms... Bischoff was reading Spoilers to Taped Raw Live on Nitro... to not match them hour for hour and show for show would be admitting defeat... and the new 3 hour Raw format is an edict from USA as the Third Hour does wonders for them compared to NCIS Reruns
So everything Vince "innovated", someone else, *cough Bischoff cough*, did first, hmmn tell me why Vince is a genius again??
As WWE would say it, "Because....shut up. That's why."
undertaker is a copy of sting
+Sargent115 Undertaker started that dark shit in 1990 Sting was a surfer then . Sting started that dark shit in 97 Or 96 I think
undertaker's gimmick started in 1990. sting's dark gimmick was in 1996. sorry mate. Sting ripped off the Undertaker
Mikey Kirkland Technically Sting ripped off the Crow.
TRUTH...REALITY....this is the truth
I thought Sting and Warrior's gimmicks were inspired off each other back when they were a tag team.
That was a good McMahon impression
I think the Ultimate Warrior preceded Sting. Only, he was in WCCW and known as Dingo Warrior
they were a tag team known as The Blade Runners. I believe Warrior was called Rock back then.
Undertaker's Original Name Was Intended To Be Kane The Undertaker But They Shortened It To Just The Undertaker
+Jonathan Washington Why capitalise every word? That's more effort than just typing the sentence normally
As Auggie pointed out, they actually came in together. But the WCW called Sting and told them they wanted him and he said, "Great, we'd love to come" and they said, no.. just you. And he said, "Great! I'd love to come"
Not exactly how it went, but essentially. They were both young hungry bodybuilders and, while friends, were a bit cutthroat. So technically, nobody stole the gimmick as they both came up with it.
@WhatCulture Wrestling Actually, Eric Bischoff created the Elimination Chamber and many other PPVs...
RetroRites mhm
RetroRites whatculture is just retarded
Triple h had the idea for the chamber. Pretty well documented, but they aren't remotely similar other than wrestler's coming in 1by 1 every few minutes, which they stole from Patterson's Royal rumble. Hell, he stole nwo from new Japan and refuses to admit it even though Nash called him out on it a few times.
The "Mr.McMahon" gimmick was not stolen from Eric Bischoff. Vince McMahon had already done it in 1993 in USWA working along with Jerry Lawler.
WCW Latino Heat Eddie is ONE of the absolute best versions. Excellent mullet.
This person is obviously a hater of Mr. McMan and the WWF.
I agree he's a butt hurt WCW fan that doesn't know WCW copied WWE more than what WWE copied WCW
bullshit WCW didn't copy a damn thing
they also say that WCW stole WWE superstars. Bullshit Hulk Hogan, Macho Man, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Lex Luger choose to go to WCW. they also said Booker T copied the rock how? Booker T did the Bookend before the rock started wrestling. Booker T never did no stupid pretty boy eyebrow trick Goldberg didn't copied Stone Cold Kevin Nash didn't copied triple h Sting did not copied the Undertaker. what people gonna say next the Hall and Nash copied edge and Christian? Damn!!!
Pedro Sepulveda yea man they be bugging non of those shows copied each other people always be trying to steer some shit up lol
The One ikr
and this why wwe suck right now. Nobody to steal from
How long till there is a brother Nero
atleast WWE can type a proper sentence
+Jonah Leonard yup fuck boy
J ames moore you sound like a 10 year old
Jonah Leonard dude fuck off lmao you hurt over the wack ass wwe ? smh you must be a cena fan
Demolition were a rip off of the Road Warriors/LOD until WWE literally stole them from WCW in 1990.
The thing about Thunder was that Bischoff thought it was a rib. He was called while he was on vacation by his boss and believed it would never work.
10. no, RAW was on air years before NITRO, but it did kinda copy NITRO's edgy content
9.true, but McMahon did it better
8. not true, NWO was trying to be gangsta, while DX was trying to be rebellious with a sense of humor
7. not true, WCW's version was just 2 steel cages & 2 rings built together, WWE's version is 6 men in 1 huge cage made of chain link stretched by 2 miles
6. true, but eventually WrestleMania ended up being bigger than Starrcade
5. true, but WCW buried their cruiserweight talent and gave them less TV time
4. Sting & Ultimate Warrior were real life best friends, so they basically inspired each other
3. true, but WWE's version was more mind fucking
2. true, but WWE did it better
1. true, no argument to that
Johnny Trever glad someone pointed this shit out
7 is a rip off of hell in a cell
it is sad that people who's entire job is to make videos on facts don't actually check facts LMFAO why does anybody pay these people? If your a fan, you should get someone to knock you the fuck out for making this atrocity of a video, and if your not get them to make you cover something else, because you haven't the first clue what your talking about 50% of the time your speaking, which for a video you cover facts in, is FAR too often, seriously get a new job, or the guy writting the video, the people involved will know whos at fault, and that dude should be living in a box on the sidewalk if this is his idea of a good job.
also, hell in a cell was late 90's when your mom was still changing your diapers Markthecopycat Troll
The NWO Seemed For Serious Than DX.
too bad most of these kids will never really know what latino heat was really about
Hey it's 2017
2018
Yeah, time keeps going forward. Shocking, right?
Isn't Latino heat a stripper?
Great Post, but Warrior and Sting were tag team partners as the Blade Runners way before WCW and WWE, and BOTH had the face paint. Once they Split, the Facepaint became all the more colourful, neither one can be credited as the ORIGINATOR, unless you were to interview sting and ask him who started the facepainting first, him or Jim Hellwig.
Great Vince impersonation 😂😂😂
McMahon may copy from others, however, 99% of the time he does it much, MUCH better!
And then Johnny Polo comes arround
Maximus DreivinX
And even TNA cant find a good gimmick
So they rip off CM Punk
And say
"The greatest man to ever live"
But actually
"The best in the world"
I liked WCW better then the WWE I think Nitro was way better the Raw
Duke Nukem strong agree. But I'm from Atlanta and probably biased
Will Nordlinger that's ok ..at least you agree about the wcw being better then wwe
I totally agree. I watched Nitro more than Raw. I preferred their way of presenting the product. Everything from the entrance, to the lighting, the ring and commentary. etc.
Josue Mercado WCW was just better and I think WWE knows it
That's why McMahon has put litterally EVERYTHING on the line, cause WWE could have gone bankrupt by the Takeover - something that a lot of People do not know.
You all forgot to mention that The Ultimate Warrior and Sting was a known NWA tag team in very early 1980's despite that it's an off-topic fact of the video it still would've been great to hear you guys mention that
One Warrior and Sting used to be Tag Team partners before either became famous. Two Warrior was using face paint long before he showed up in WWE.
I don't see why DX is a copy of nWo
ikr
Really?! ........ If you need it explained to you, it is already too late
+Bobandy Let's see. nWo are a bunch of thugs concerned with taking over the business and beating the hell out of anyone not in the group, and DX are a bunch of frat boys who like to screw around and make fun of people. Yep. Totally the same thing.
+Bobandy You are an idiot
Me either. The black and white t-shirt thing didn't even make sense, as DX used black and green mostly.
KIIIIIIIIIING!
KIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGgah
+Lunatic Fridge jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabroni
+Edgar Bowen KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNGGGGGGGah
When Eric Bischoff help invent the EC he mentioned that it had Royal Rumble, HiaC and WarGames watch SS 2002
thank you Eric
Can't wait until new comptetion appears to run down WWE into the ground
I don't think that's gonna happen
Shirogami You never know, there is Lucha Underground. Unfortunately, TNA killed themselves
Maybe there's a chance, but have you seen the new talent coming from NXT? WWE still got another 10 - 20 good years left. Especially, with Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, Apollo Crews, and many more
Shirogami they misuse the talent week in week out, so much potential lost, and so much potentil will be lost. Despite having an awesome roster, only a few of them are in an actual storyline. Randy orton? WTF? xD
There most likely won't ever be a viable competitor to wwe. And things wont improve a ton until Vince retires/dies, as there is not going to be any competitor. The issue is, when Vince steps down, how it seems right now, Steph and HHH take over. But as HHH is handling NXT, and its absolutely amazing, i have some hope WWE can be better under Steph and HHH then Vince. I kinda wish Shane was going to take it, he has a great head for business, too bad vince kills most of his fantastic ideas (ECW being web only and gritty, buying UFC, Making WCW a new brand under shane and a few others.)
If it wasn't for wCw lighting a fire under Vinces ass AND giving Vince ideas to steal. There'd be no Rock, Stone Cold, HHH, no DX, no attitude era. If it wasn't for wCw then Vince would still be pumping out characters like Doink the Clown, Nails, I.R.S., GoldDust, Sparky Plug, Viscera, Hornswoggle, Scotty2Hottie, Shane McMahon, Puke, Uncle Elmer, Tugg Boat. Those are the type of characters you WWF fans would have had instead of Rock, Austin, HHH. Thanks to the innovative minds of Bischoff and THE REAL Triple H... Hollywood Hulk Hogan.
McMahon impression on point. 👌
felt like i have seen a similar video months back

Hi
Ok
I won't
oops
I KEEP DOING IT
wwf > wcw
4:05 It looked like you were trying to say Eddie was in Hell with that visual. Huh.
This was epic learning
Gimmicks WCW stole from WWE
Goldberg (Stone Cold Steven Austin)
Mordecai (The Undertaker )
Vampiro (Gangrel)
The wall (The Rock)...just kidding
Juventud "Juvi" Guerrera (The Rock)
Juvi Juice
you're and idiot
1 Mordecai was also in wwe not wcw genius
2 vampiro was a huge star in Mexico before gangrel was even in WWF and what are there similarities?
and 3 I hope the juvi thing is a joke
+Face Taco ya well if you're gonna state an opinion know facts 1st yes I no juvi did the rock thing OK but once again he's an IDIOT cause again Mordecai was in WWF not wcw and vampiro was a huge star in Mexico before gangrel existed so his opinion is invalid thanks for the input tho
+Face Taco Jabroni
If opinion is idiot person is idiot you taco de facto.
Am I the only who dislikes NWO?
Aldair Guzman nope. They absolutely fucking suck. Going back and watching old wcw shows and it's hard to believe how they got over. They are lame as fuck and actually embarrassing to watch.
No.
SRSLY? Any Boy at Age 15 on my School (IN GERMANY) wears that NWO Shirt in 1996, it was THE SHIAT
Aldair Guzman Yes
Aldair Guzman
NWO isnt bad
But its embarrassing when they get knocked out by DDP's Diamond cutter
Lol
McMahon impression is on point
1:11 & 1:37 Those are the best impressions of Vince McMahon that I ever heard.
People always discredit the brilliance of WCW, just like WWE has trained them to do. I'm glad you guys finally made a video showcasing this brilliance of WCW and showing that not everything WWE did was original - or better.
Verified Channel...Congrats ! :)
haha it was my idea to make grown men pretend to fight each other in their underpants and vince stole it from me haha
WWE needs to bring back more WCW legends back to RAW or Smackdown
good McMahon impression
7Minuten meines Lebens, die mir keiner wiedergeben wird
WCW was known for the Cruiserweight Division. That, imo, was the best thing Eric did.
WWE lowering Blue Blazer on a cable was actually a spoof of Sting, who would also repel from a cable.
Vince had experimented with the heel Mr. McMahon character down in Memphis back in 1993...
Sting and Ultimate Warrior were a tag team before splitting up where Sting ended up in WCW and Ultimate signed with WWF/E. They already had the similar face paint due to the fact that they were a tag team and matched.
That WCW Heavyweight championship belt is a thing of glory.
Sting and The Ultimate Warrior were tag team partners back in the day . First as " The freedom Fighters " Then changed their name to " The blade runners"
