Much relief after going through this stuff ruclips.net/user/postUgkx-ip-9JdKgYMhubLnEjt3OXJkFyS4D2Jd Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels. Taking a walk usually help bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and feel better than ever! We are all about healthy aging. For us eating a whole-food plant-based diet was the key to our reversing life-threatening illnesses. We are doing research for our new healthy-aging advice YT channel to inspire others. Learned a lot here! Thank you.

Would you ever make a video about being a woundcare nurse? I ultimelty want to be a Derm NP but when I graduate next year I want to work as wound care nurse for a few years first so I would love to hear more about what that's like and how you got into it.
Also thankyou for these videos you are helping me get through nursing school !

Hello! Love your videos they are so straight to the point and informational, thank you for the extra help! Also, the term “American Indian” can be upsetting to many, it is always better and to address as “indigenous” or by tribe’s name(if it is known)!💗

In short - if your body can not generate enough energy to repair, remove, build new cells and tissue, your body breaks down and rut over time.
Remember - low energy = low metabolic processes to keep your cells fresh and healthy!
Also too much sugar in the blood adds to this breakdown and rut of the body.
N.B - this nurse has a nice vibe, the info is good.

Red meat and processed red meat are both linked to type 2 diabetes. Processed meats like bacon, hot dogs, and deli meats are particularly bad because of their high levels of sodium and nitrites.
