Should I take creatin monohydrate as a 15 year old footballer? Is it healthy for my age?

I would say concentrate on your technique at that age.

Creatine is natural and found in steaks and other foods. Most people are deficient in creatine and it helps you exert more power during workouts and can help with cognitive function. You can take it any age. It can only help, but yeah it’s not gonna make u Messi or Ronaldo so u have to be training. I would prioritize protein powder over creatine to help with recovery and strength

Creatine makes u bulkier and slower. Also u need to maintain drinking high levels of water for it to work good and not shut ur kidneys down. Also once u stop taking it the water retention disappears in just a couple weeks. 15 is a bit young, I’d wait 3 more years, and keep training hard

It will mess with your hydration, don't take it. Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, clean protein and carbs
