So far my baby is doing really well which I got from a breeder. He seems chill though a bit skittish. Only thing I wonder if I should have done differently was hold multiple. Oh well...I absolutely love this lil guy!
i remember going to a reptile shop and they had like 7 newborn turtoises it was so cute there was one bearded dragon but no one was allowed to adopt her cuz she was sick
People interested in a new beardie, should first, do your homework! These pets are fairly high maintenance and have specialized needs. Secondly, instead of BUYING one, check out reptile rescues and animal shelters in your area. Try Googling reptile rescues and shelters in your county and/or state. So many reptiles are waiting for forever homes there, and for every one that's purchased, one in a rescue, doesn't get a chance. Rescues are overflowing with beardies for various reasons, such as the novelty has worn off and from people buying them as a "covid pet" SMH
Recently discovered my beardie has yellow fungus disease and ik usually they don’t make it I’m very extremely sad I just wanted to know how you deal with pet death it’s just been really hard trying to give me last goodbyes knowing my boy might not make it
Love the videos but what day Jul 9 I can only go that day😊but I would love to meet you I love to watch your videos and I am 12 years old and my name is David i would be the happiest person on earth when I meet you
Hello can you help me I took a small bearded dragon and he ate only a small really really small piece of broccoli and little piece the other two days of leaf of broccoli I try worms I try lettuce nothing
If you just got the lizard and you took it home and put it in a new enclosure it is most likely just stressed from the change. Usually they will be like that if there is any kind of extreme change. But definitely keep an eye on him or her. Best of luck with your lizard.
We have a male beardie and we have him in a screened in a terrarium and he rubs his nose across it and his nose is raw. He does it mostly when I am in my chair sleeping. How can I prevent him from doing this? And what can I use on his nose cause it is raw?
Today I noticed a red streak going down each side of my beardie's back. It's hard to tell if they are 'open' in spots. I did change her liner yesterday, from green carpet to a plastic liner to decrease odor and for easy clean up. She also had about 8 small crickets for the first time. Is this stress from the change in environment or allergies from crickets? I need some advice y'all 🤷♀️
Yes, we bought a beardie at a pet shop and she was sick ☹️ we try to make her life the best but she will never be “normal”
I got lucky, I got my boy at a pet store and he's perfect.
Love your videos! Learning a lot and laughing all the way.
I recently added a beardie baby to our zoo 😂

Hello my friend, is it possible to put a male and a female bearded dragon in one place?
Are rubber tank liners safe for reptiles and is it considered a substrate?
