I'm 50 years old and was 13 when I first heard this masterpiece.. This masterpiece has stayed with me for 37 years. Still have it today.

As far as I know this is a mispress. The version is also called "New York Club Mix". I am very glad I have this rare item in my collection!
I has a U.S Remix on 12" vinyl back in 1990 I used to play it clubs, the one with the full on breathing intro. Some a**hole DJ stole it from my crate.

These sound like the original versions, but granted this release did state 'remix', as per www.discogs.com/Kraftwerk-Tour-De-France-Remix/release/4745353.
The excellent 1983 remix by Francios Kervokian appears on this US release: www.discogs.com/Kraftwerk-Tour-De-France/release/3966. Note this remix was used in the Breakin (Breakdance) movie, although does not appear on the soundtrack album: ruclips.net/video/yEoaN9qIxFs/видео.html.
