      Ah, but is it the protein or the fat, or probably the combined amount of energy consumed that perhaps gives the body a little snack and maybe prevents or lessens the fasted state you achieve by the morning. Also a glass of milk could also be detrimental since it could cause you to have to get up to pee in the middle of the night and it depends on how well you tolerate any kind of dairy, since a huge portion of the world (and especially in asia) does not.
