Thank you! ❤ Please tips on: How to breath. If i breath with stomach during abs workouts I have a rooftop, I can control it, but it takes extra efforts 😅 Or it is better to breathe with chest? My neck hurts during all abs exercises. Not talking about crunches, I use abs to fold. But maybe there is a universal tip?
Noted! 😊 There will be more and different videos with instructions in the future. Breathe deeply through your nose not just into the chest but all the way into your belly and out while still engaging your core muscles. If you want to lose some heat you can breathe out through your mouth :) Be careful about your neck as it is possible you may have underlying issuses or you are simply not in the right position. A way to avoid it is to again make sure to engage your core muscles as this can put the pressure off the neck or another option is to safely rest your head on the ground or otherwise do standing ab workouts. 🤍
