These videos are great. I don't ride sleds anymore but did my whole life until my late 20's, I don't think my 93 Polaris Storm would've made it up this (I should've listened to my mechanic and waited until 94, the 750's were a lot of work compared to the 800's). lol I do still ski and am a Ski Instructor, chutes like these are what we live for when we go out west. I've been to BC (Whistler of course) once and will hopefully be back there one day, some of the most beautiful country I've been privi'd to ride.
I'm not sure what amazes me more, how far sleds have come, or the balls it takes to attempt a chute like this... I have been riding my entire life and can't imagine trying this. And while bad timing seems to dictate when belts go, it could really have been bad here for multiple sleds. And next time find a different way up and ski down it a few times before you ruin the snow!!!
love the videos , great friends having a great time , I always root for megan pretty brave girl , those are steep hills ...awesome guys and gals , love it love it love it
been looking for a girl like Megan for many years, someone not scared to go up the steep stuff and not sit at the bottom saying no way. good video of friends having fun.
Just curious what provisions are taken into triggering an avy? So many disturbances to the snow back and multiple exposures, kinda seems like roulette ?!?
Okay... turbocharged two-stroke coffeemincer... yet, they look so surprised when belts poppin' left and right... Still, good show. Love all the yappin'
I absolutely love climbing on my sled, I enjoy watching my friends and family climb and have fun. However, and not being rude or condescending in anyway, but what do you guys find fun about tossing your sled down a chute? I get the "roll" technique to an extent but not over and over and over. Even climbing a chute, everything about it screams no, danger, why the heck am I here. I understand proper snow physics and on a great day for it I still don't understand. Anything other then thrill? Sick video thougj, in my opinion just seems unsafe and sketchy... 🤘 Have fun be safe! Siiiick sleds too, you guys know the good stuff
Avalanche beacon, folding/expandable probe, medical kits, food, hand warmers, dry gloves, dry socks, extra lenses/goggles, water,3 sources of firestarter, small candles, Viagra.....lol for altitude sickness, gps, personal meds. After years of riding you customize your own bag but there are the essentials....from Wyoming USA 🔫🤠
Seems like a lot of the crew has ditched the heavy nytros in favor of the lighter 2 strokes, i dont blame ya i honestly dont miss my nytro much my arms were fatigued so quick riding that big pig compared to my RMK.
Depends what you want, for running chutes the 4 strokes are the champs, for boondocking you're obviously willing to sacrifice power for easier maneuverability/less fatigue.
I see you mentioned Burton gloves I happen to be from Burlington Vermont and the name Burton take the L I N G in other words the Ling out of Burlington and that's where you get Burton that's right Burlington Vermont in the house baby waiting for snow so I can ride
I find myself re-watching this video every year
This video is the most Canadian thing I have ever seen.

Question: How do you get down the mountain from there?

Ремень лопнул, или цепь привода, лучше бы показали как на советском буране надо подымать в такие перевалы!)))
“That was too close for comfort “ well then fucking move out of the shoot?

And they all blew up right after because isoflex grease. Typical skidoo
Get a pair of skis and skin up and stop making so much noise
Great sledding, but not great when every other word is a swear - wanted to show the video to family, but can't due to the nasty language.
TEC Stuff turn the volume down
Theres always that one fucking fruit
really
I heard that "Frozen" movie is pretty tame...Maybe show them that instead?
Lol my family would be used to me showing them something with swearing...especially if it were me and my friends sledding ha
You guys with the loud pipes wreck it for every one else show some consideration for the public.
Quit being such a old phuck! Stick to your groomed trails and you dont have to hear it. ; )
