My brother used to drive me around in the rain to calm me down. He was hit by a drunk driver 2 years ago and I miss him, this is very comforting and also helps me grieve. Thank you ❤
That perfect sleep in the car, drool running down your cheek, then you suddenly feel the sequence of turns that leads to your house and you wake up, man. I miss it
Do you understand how fucking weird I felt searching “driving in rain no talking” asmr all these years?? Of course you do. Because you’ve done gods work here
I find more peace in forests and nature personally but reading your comment I can't help but imagine tollbooths must be comforting as well. Kinda like a bubble of space that's cozy and private with the world around you.
This is something that makes me feel at home with my inner child who used to pretend to fall asleep in the car so I could be carried inside the house and tucked into bed after a long drive out 🌙
Reminds me of when I was a kid and my grandparents would take me to the countryside and I would actually love the long drive there and back, me and my sister excitedly looking out the window counting everything that swept by from bridges to cows and little towns. Everything seemed so fascinating, the world looked endless.
Well, in some way the world is in fact endless, you could continuously travel even in places you already have been and find something new, forever... :3
What a time to be alive. To be able to experience this without having to get in the car. It’s a blessing to be able to do this and we should all count out blessings way more often.
Indeed. As I write this I am watching (on another device) a livestream of a volcano erupting. What a time to be alive when we can go anywhere, watch anything like this 🙏
This reminds me of driving back from senior prom with my buddy. We only went because both our moms insisted that we go just for the experience. It was loud and stuffy inside, and the only "refreshments" there were bottled water. We weren't brave enough to ask anyone to dance, and it was a chilly, rainy night out, so I brought us outside. It was so nice. We chatted for a while until it got late. Of the whole experience, driving him home and grabbing some fast food for dinner was my favorite part. Anyway. Just gonna hit the paper airplane icon now and wonder if my story interests anyone. Night.
Such a nice memory!!! Also I've never thought of it as a paper airplane, always thought it was just an arrow but I'll start thinking of it as a paper airplane because that's way cuter
This reminds me of the time I first connected with my girlfriend. I was at work, night shift, storming outside like you wouldn't believe. Probably around midnight when she walked in, absolutely drenched. She didn't know I worked there and was quite surprised to see me, as we weren't the fondest of one another at the time. I went over to her and asked if I could do anything, (as much as I didn't like her, it's no fun being drenched). She ignored my efforts at first but eventually gave in, telling me she didn't exactly know where to go. I offered to drive her home, she denied due to some family issues. Eventually we settled on me taking her back to mine once my shift was over. The car ride was uncomfortable at first, though softened once I noticed she'd fallen asleep. I remember just kinda sitting there, confused on what to do, and was lowkey dying at how pretty she always managed to be. I woke her up when we reached my house and we spent the rest of the night getting to know one another better. We've now been together for 3 years, as of December 22nd it will be 4. Thank you for this video :)
I miss being young and falling asleep to the rain on the windows. My mother would carry me from the car, and my father would carry my older brother, and they'd hurry us inside hoping the raindrops wouldn't wake us. I would open my eyes to them tucking me in and hushing me to go back to sleep, in my warm bed, with the rain still on the window, and I'd drift back to sleep after getting a kiss on the forehead from both of them. When my parents got divorced, the worst part of it for me (at first) was the fact that I wouldn't have both my parents wishing me goodnight at the same time anymore... I'm older now, but these driving videos remind me of a time where I didn't worry about anything, and thought that my parents would always be side by side with me each night. There's a bittersweet warmth to this feeling... I'll sleep with this warmth, and see you all in the morning. Good night.
there truly is something so bittersweet about this. were no longer little enough to be sleeping in the back seat of our parents car, but how beautiful is it to be where we are now. i’ll sleep with this warmth too
I have a vivid memory from my childhood. It was night, and my parents, me and my sister were coming home from a nearby city. My little sister was asleep and I was barely awake. We were passing through a wooded area, and it started to rain. I felt in a bubble of darkness and warmth. I put my head on the window and looked outside. The glass was cool, and I could feel the soft sound of the rain and the vibrations of the car. It was a simple but beautiful experience that I remember after more than 20 years. Thank you for this video ☺️💕
idk why i started crying but i did. it was a cathartic experience actually, i haven't been doing well lately and it's been bottled up for months, this provided a much needed hour long cry..thank you

I got into a bad car accident 7 years ago, and still to this day it affects me. This video has been helping a lot with me overcoming the anxiety of sleeping in cars! Thank you 🤍
I listen to this every morning. And all of you who are reading this right now, I know it's a hard time. but keep pushing on! Don't give up. life isn't perfect, but some moments are better than others
It's going to get better. Maybe not in the immediate future. But you'll smile again. Yes, good times are fleeting. But so are bad times. You will get through this.
One of my favorite college memories is of driving back to our shared apartment on a cold, rainy winter night with the car heater keeping us toasty warm, letting my friends doze off while I took us home. Dark, empty streets, glimmers of light through the windows of houses we passed by, the sound of tires on wet pavement, the feeling of deep fondness for the two other people in the car, knowing that they were comfortable enough to fall asleep. We live far apart now and don’t keep in touch, but it’s nice to remember the good times
I got treated like crap today by professionals. But rain is a promise that will always be there and has been there.. you driving feels like I'm finally being taken care of.
Yes, I was gonna say this.. reading this comment section was like sitting with your friends in front of the fireplace in a cabin with hot chocolate while it's raining out in the middle of the night and you share memories and talk about them ❤
I cant remember my childhood and i cant share a nice memory right now but this makes me feel safe and cozy, life feels so empty but the little things like the sound of rain on the road really are so special
This makes me wish my bed could mimic the vibrations of the car. The feel of the heater slowly warming the car as the cold attempts to seep in theough the windows... So cozy.
I’ll always hope to be back in my childhood car, head resting on the window as me and my dad made the long drives of our yearly road trips. I’ll always remember the laughs we shared and the songs we sung. I’ll always hope to have one more trip with you, dad. Thanks for giving me a way to remind myself of a time I felt was long lost from me🤍
Just got back tonight from all day driving (husband was driving) and it sounded just like this tonight. It was snowing and raining on and off and Frank Sinatra playing in the background. I had a nice big sweater and a small blanket laying in the passenger seat. It was the comfiest and nothing beats getting home SAFE!
Oh my god, yes! You made a new one! ive been listening to your "It's raining, but we'll take you safely." Rainy highway video almost every other night for the last 2 years! I like your other stuff, but do more of these please! The Korea night drives are so comfy compared to others on youtube.
i usually experience this every summer when my grandparents do long drives to one place to another, we usually drive instead of flying and this is basically how my childhood sounded whenever we went out 🥹
I remember coming home from my grandparents place after being there for the day. Getting picked up was the best part. The white noise from the rain, the rocking motion of the car, and finally going home to sleep. For a moment there was peace, and I didn't need to worry.
I rarely was in the car and never sleep in the car under the rain but I can feel that feeling.. Feeling yourself safe from the rain, you know it gonna take a while to take at home and you can do nothing but just staring the road.. Suddenly you starting feel sleepy and making yourself comfortable and driver saying that will woke you up when we gonna arrive.. What a pleasure to feel yourself like that.
This gives me memories of when my papa could still drive and we drove back from a day out whem it would start raining, bliss, and good times, thank you kind stranger, you deserve the world
my dad used to take us on long rides because we love being on the road and driving was his stress reliever. he passed away 9 years ago but those long rides are still in my heart. i get to relive those memories because of this vid. thank you for making this video ❤
I’ve been feeling truly alone lately and hard to accept it, and this makes me feel comforted like a friend is taking me on a night drive. It takes my mind off things, at least for now
This is the only soundtrack that helps me stay productive while studying. I appreciate its calming and repetitive nature because it allows me to get into the flow without being distracted by various beats and sounds. I've relied on this soundtrack during my most challenging and lengthy study sessions. Every time I listen to it, I instantly feel calmer and more focused.
I remember crying in the car while it was raining and it felt like God sent rain so I wouldn't feel so alone. me and the sky cried together that night and the sorrow still is fresh in my heart
Been crying while listening to this, i have things many to do today yet i can't sleep, but i don't want to change the video to something else to listen to. Perhaps this is just another way to procrastinate like i always do, but i miss how things were. I miss my dad
Its 4am and i still cant sleep. My mind is spinning around even though i am so tired. First i was very frustrated and now i am in the stage of just accepting it, knowing that i will get through the next day somehow, like i always do. It felt good to read all the comments with my tired eyes. Watching the video i imagine, that my boyfriend drives me through the night and only the thought of it makes me a little more happy and soothes me. It makes me realize how much i love him, even though we both struggle sometimes with all the stress. Somehow reading other peoples thoughts about this video soothes me too, cause knowing that others struggle too and that everybody has its own little (or big) problems makes me feel less alone in withstanding hard times. So if you are reading this, if you cannot sleep or if theres is something that troubles you: keep in mind that you are going to make it through like you did before. On some days it is enough to just "survive". If you experienced a bad day and you are laying in bed, still alive, you have made it and you should be proud. There will be other days, where you will achieve more, but on this particular day you survived and thats enough. Be kind to yourself!
thank you for your words... thats what i needed... i too couldnt sleep and accidentally found this wonderful video with such wonderful and interesting comments to read... heartwarming or heart wrenching, or stories that made me feel lonely and envious but in a good way... to me it feels so special, cozy and unique to read all these while listening to the water and the road 🚗🍃🌧️☔
This is such a nostalgic hit-back to when I was a kid and my grandma and grandpa would drive me and my brother to my dads house late on Christmas Eve night. Me and my brother would share headphones and fall asleep really fast. Thank you for the memories ❤
my sister was in the hospital a lot when I was little. I remember long late night drives like this after visiting her. the ride home was so calming. no one drives me around at night anymore. I miss these rides. I miss my sister.
This is my first time ever having the flu. Sadly, my body just can’t seem to fight it off correctly and I keep getting other infections. I’m glad soothing noises like this exist, they help distract my mind…just sitting here with the cats and hoping this’ll end soon. Thank you for the video
This reminded me of the long car rides we took to travel through the country and go back home, it makes me feel safe imagining my little self in that spot again, sleeping thoughtless.Thank you
This reminds me of when I was a kid, we used to go on holiday. We always set off about 2-3am to avoid traffic. Me and my sister wrapped up in our quilts on the back seat comfy and excited for our holiday.. those were the days. Rip little sis, look after dad 💔💜
Thank you for taking me for night drive, I slept well and nostalgy hit me hard when my dad used to take me on his long journey to the other side of republic and back but now I just sit home alone and wait for him until he decides to talk to me again
This reminds me, of all the times when i was a little kid, going on roadtrips with my parents that extended into the night. Leaning against the door resting my head on the window, counting all the fast food restaurants and gas stations ($1.99 a gallon) we passed, and watching as the city lights and road lamp posts would blur out of focus into stripes of color just beford I'd fall asleep.
usually not one for rainy days, but anytime im on the way home from my parents’ hometown with them in the backseat and it starts raining while the sun’s going down, it really is one of the most comforting feelings ever
I’d give anything to go back to high school and just drive around in the rain with friends. We’ve all since moved on but it was what I needed at that time. And I will always miss it
My mom used to drink and drive in weather like this on the freeway, at night and she was prone to falling asleep while dring, with me in the front seat, so i was always wide ass awake, and this legit just brought me to full awareness, and i just put this on for a nap, gosh
I was in two heavy car accidents and I am terrified of driving, but this Video is oddly comforting. I can get the cozy experience of driving, even at night and In the rain that is, without the fear of anything happening, being 100% safe, that's amazing.
It’s pretty cool that this car can fit all 1.4 million of us

I love rainy night drives in particular, just sitting there in the back seat with Alex G playing in the background
😄👍

I cant remember my childhood and i cant share a nice memory right now but this makes me feel safe and cozy, life feels so empty but the little things like the sound of rain on the road really are so special

Whoever is listening to this, may your heart heal from stress and fulfill it with peace. ❤
Thanks for this
This makes me wish my bed could mimic the vibrations of the car. The feel of the heater slowly warming the car as the cold attempts to seep in theough the windows... So cozy.
Then I think the bed will be very expensive😂
I’ll always hope to be back in my childhood car, head resting on the window as me and my dad made the long drives of our yearly road trips. I’ll always remember the laughs we shared and the songs we sung. I’ll always hope to have one more trip with you, dad.
Thanks for giving me a way to remind myself of a time I felt was long lost from me🤍
Thank you for telling me a good story
Just got back tonight from all day driving (husband was driving) and it sounded just like this tonight. It was snowing and raining on and off and Frank Sinatra playing in the background. I had a nice big sweater and a small blanket laying in the passenger seat. It was the comfiest and nothing beats getting home SAFE!
Thank you for your comment with your good experience.😄
This sounds comforting
❤❤❤
Oh my god, yes! You made a new one! ive been listening to your "It's raining, but we'll take you safely." Rainy highway video almost every other night for the last 2 years! I like your other stuff, but do more of these please! The Korea night drives are so comfy compared to others on youtube.
Thank you so much for your special likes.💕
Same
i usually experience this every summer when my grandparents do long drives to one place to another, we usually drive instead of flying and this is basically how my childhood sounded whenever we went out 🥹
😌💕
I remember coming home from my grandparents place after being there for the day. Getting picked up was the best part. The white noise from the rain, the rocking motion of the car, and finally going home to sleep. For a moment there was peace, and I didn't need to worry.
😌🚗☔
I rarely was in the car and never sleep in the car under the rain but I can feel that feeling.. Feeling yourself safe from the rain, you know it gonna take a while to take at home and you can do nothing but just staring the road.. Suddenly you starting feel sleepy and making yourself comfortable and driver saying that will woke you up when we gonna arrive.. What a pleasure to feel yourself like that.
😊
This gives me memories of when my papa could still drive and we drove back from a day out whem it would start raining, bliss, and good times, thank you kind stranger, you deserve the world
Thank you for your kind comment.
my dad used to take us on long rides because we love being on the road and driving was his stress reliever. he passed away 9 years ago but those long rides are still in my heart. i get to relive those memories because of this vid. thank you for making this video ❤
R.I.P.🕊🕊
😌💕
Me too 😁💘 Rest in peace Dad,😇🙏💕💘💐🌹
This reminds me of all of the car rides I had with my parents growing up. They have passed away now and this honestly puts me back there with them.
YOU DIDNT WAKE ME UP😡😡
I was hoping they’d like start screaming at the end or smth
I love your profile pic
If they aren’t gonna wake me up I at least want them to carry me to bed and kiss my forehead gn 😡😡😡
I slept thru the entire day 😡
I checked at the end before going to sleep to see if they were actually going to wake me up, so luckily I knew before I went to sleep..
Thank you for this video. This reminds me of falling asleep in my dad’s car while he drove us home at night. I miss him every day.
😌💕
To the person that made this video, please continue to make videos like this. This is so relaxing thank you.
This gonna make me cry. You triggered a unique feeling in my heart. I remember being a kid in the back seat while my dad would drive us to Sydney
I'm honored to have brought back memories for so many people.
Mom used to drive me around when I was little. Loved staying up with her and then waking up in my bed to a nice cool summer day.
It's a good memory just imagining it
the only thing that helps my insomnia is going for rides or videos like this , i always fall asleep in the car . i love these so much
I remember crying in the car while it was raining and it felt like God sent rain so I wouldn't feel so alone. me and the sky cried together that night and the sorrow still is fresh in my heart
Been crying while listening to this, i have things many to do today yet i can't sleep, but i don't want to change the video to something else to listen to. Perhaps this is just another way to procrastinate like i always do, but i miss how things were. I miss my dad

Reminds me of when i was in foster care and those long car rides to visit home.... Such peaceful moments in an otherwise bleak time in my life.
😌💕
I hope times are happier for you now ❤️🩹
Can't believe bro was driving 4 hours and it's a master piece
bro RAWDOGGED that drive...no music, no podcasts, no radio, no stops. What a feat
Have a restful sleep!
thank you for your words... thats what i needed... i too couldnt sleep and accidentally found this wonderful video with such wonderful and interesting comments to read... heartwarming or heart wrenching, or stories that made me feel lonely and envious but in a good way... to me it feels so special, cozy and unique to read all these while listening to the water and the road 🚗🍃🌧️☔
Wow how did you know well any ways I appreciate the comment life is hard but god has a purpose for every one good night and god bless 🌹
Good sleep everybody, from France!

This is such a nostalgic hit-back to when I was a kid and my grandma and grandpa would drive me and my brother to my dads house late on Christmas Eve night. Me and my brother would share headphones and fall asleep really fast. Thank you for the memories ❤
Those are great memories.👍👍
You never arrived at the destination nor did you wake me up. I fell asleep, finished the video and stayed asleep.
Ikr? I was waiting for the wake up. Instead im out here peacefully sleeping
You were carried to bed :D
I well you see how do I tell you this we a well we kinda fell into a black hole and you were gone I tried man I really did I think 😬
my sister was in the hospital a lot when I was little. I remember long late night drives like this after visiting her. the ride home was so calming. no one drives me around at night anymore. I miss these rides. I miss my sister.
😌💖
We’re very similar then. It was the same with my brother. I miss him as well. I hope you’re doing alright 💞

Makes it that much better when it’s actually raining outside too 😌😌 Happy Holidays everyone
This is my first time ever having the flu. Sadly, my body just can’t seem to fight it off correctly and I keep getting other infections. I’m glad soothing noises like this exist, they help distract my mind…just sitting here with the cats and hoping this’ll end soon. Thank you for the video
I hope this video has a good effect😌
Hope you’re feeling better
😊💕👍
my 12 year old dog died today, and this really helped me to get some confort thank you very much ❤
This reminded me of the long car rides we took to travel through the country and go back home, it makes me feel safe imagining my little self in that spot again, sleeping thoughtless.Thank you
I think many people will have similar memories.

This reminds me of when I was a kid, we used to go on holiday. We always set off about 2-3am to avoid traffic. Me and my sister wrapped up in our quilts on the back seat comfy and excited for our holiday.. those were the days. Rip little sis, look after dad 💔💜
Thank you for taking me for night drive, I slept well and nostalgy hit me hard when my dad used to take me on his long journey to the other side of republic and back but now I just sit home alone and wait for him until he decides to talk to me again
happy new year! 😊💖
This reminds me, of all the times when i was a little kid, going on roadtrips with my parents that extended into the night. Leaning against the door resting my head on the window, counting all the fast food restaurants and gas stations ($1.99 a gallon) we passed, and watching as the city lights and road lamp posts would blur out of focus into stripes of color just beford I'd fall asleep.
i love car ride because i love the zen but hate the anxiety of being in a car. Thank you stranger !!
Drive safely!
This is now my favorite video ever! I fell asleep so fast the last 3 days thanks to it!
I hope you have a good night in the future
usually not one for rainy days, but anytime im on the way home from my parents’ hometown with them in the backseat and it starts raining while the sun’s going down, it really is one of the most comforting feelings ever
I love driving in the car for some reason , it’s so relaxing to just listen to music and watch the scenery go by and I always get sad when it’s over
😄👍

So nice to just relax knowing I’m on my way to somewhere better
