15:34 is a very pretty invalid cup/liquid feeder. Hospital ones were very plain and utilitarian. I remember these from my UK student nursing days in the mid 1960s. It made giving bedbound, incapacitated patients a drink, much easier. That attractive one must've been for home use, I think. Lovely video ladies! Thank you for taking us along.(Please don't ever stop laughing and giggling!)

Wow yes I can see them being used to aid in drinking in beds. My first thought was a netty pot for clearing sinus’.
So glad s.o. else knew what the cups were. I have a smaller one, which used in the home and perfect for a bit of warm tea or milk, whenever anyone was sick. At the posh European spas famous for healthy water, like Karlsbad, you could buy your own small decorative cup with spout for "taking the water".
Hi I really like watching you and your mom together it reminds me of the fun times with my mom and how silly we would get and laugh until we cried. By the way the half lid pots were a nasal cleaner pot and they still make and sell them today.

I have to share a funny parallel parking story. Years ago in my early 20’s I drove an elderly friend to an out of town doctors appointment. She wanted to stop at the old 5 n Dime store. I k ow how to parallel park & I know how to drive a stick shift. But she had me drive her car. A very old station wagon , with no lower steering & a very stiff clutch. So it took a lot of muscle, hand over hand turning the wheel. Of course every time I cranked that wheel my forearm would hit the horn. I kept on killing the car because of the dang clutch. Finally managed to get it parked. Helped her out of the car. Looked up. I’d parked I front of a restaurant with a big picture window. The entire restaurant of customers were standing and applauding. We never made it to the dime store. Made her get back in the car and leave . I was so embarrassed. It makes me laugh now.

I think those pots/cups are invalid feeders, used to feed soups etc to those confined to bed. There are even Red Cross ones with the emblem on used in WW1

When I went to London in 2000, we were in the rental car office. They offered me coffee (since I was American) - instead of tea - and they gave it to me in a real China cup with a saucer. So posh! I felt so pampered right out of the gate. 💙🇬🇧

I really like the bed cover. I think it is a bed spread . The side with no fringe goes up by the pillows. Back in the day you even covered your pillows with the spread when you made your bed. I so enjoy everything you post , and its even better when your parents and or husband show up in your videos just because you are all wonderful peeps !

Mom and I loved our outings like you and we laughed all the time together! In fact, when my father was alive and mom and I would have one of our laughing jags, he always got so mad because he wasn’t included in our festive moment. The problem was when we shared the reason for our laughter, he just shook his head and walked away. He didn’t find our reason as sensible! You know how men can be so clueless sometimes! He just told us we were being silly but we already knew that and had told him that in the beginning! So you know, we laughed even more! Lol
