OMG OMG OMG I was trying to find the title "hyper music" for weeks, i was humming it on google and youtube but none showed up, thanks to you i actually found it
Aaaaaaaa brooo, i just started playing bass and i was thinking on giving up, now i just want to take my bass and play the shit out of it. Muse is one of my favorite bands and this was one of the most completely awesome/satisfying videos i've ever seen, this needs to get to more people, you are a beast.
@@makonyr Most people think Origin of Symmetry, Absolution, and The Resistance are their best albums (which they are imo), but Showbiz is often underlooked
@@jacobteague635 Best albums to me are Absolution, Origin of Symmetry, Showbiz. Then Blackholes and Revelation. If I tell you the truth. It started to go downhill after that. Even when BHAR was released, since they peaked at Absolution. And sadly after you peak there is only one way you can go.
Damn you did the b-sides to... Major props. That made me so happy, like seriously. It's been so long since I've listened to muse, tons of memories are coming back. Well done man
The dedication to pay attention to Muse basslines since Showbiz to Drones album, including B-sides/bonus tracks.... No one will do the same video on this internet. Respect to this man! I hope Muse or Christopher Wolstenholme see this.
YESSSSS THIS IS FANTASTIC!!! I didn't even realise how complicated some of these baselines were D: origin of symmetry definetly had some amazing baselines :D Chris needs more love.
I’m not a big fan of muse’s newer stuff but this video is an excellent reminder of why I’ll always love muse either way. Such a deep catalog of absolute gold!
To be honest I always thought that _Origin of Symmetry_ was their debut, but this was freaking awesome dude. I'm a big Muse fan and love both Matt Bellamy and Chris Wolstenholme's work, _Hysteria_ and _Panic Station_ were the first two Muse bass lines I ever learned. Awesome work as usual dude, keep it up, also general question but does anyone know what kind of bass that is?
Idk why i just find it funny that you thought OOS was their debut even though you're a huge Muse fan. I'm not trying to hate...because Muse is my favorite band and I didn't know Hullabaloo even existed until three years of listening to them. XD
I see what you mean. I'm just saying that _Origin_ was the first album I ever heard from them and I always thought they started in the 2000s, plus I had actually hadn't heard of _Showbiz_ when I was getting into them
Jen Niebla-Love It's my birthday too! I'm André, lol! My cell phone battery's dead so I hijacked my girlfriend's yt channel to answer some questions. idk man, The Small Print, Panic Station, Hysteria, Psycho are fun to play. But honestly can't tell you which I prefer. I love 'em all. ps: eternally missed and easily are awesome too.
Jan Bellamy That's a good ideia, srsly. But the most iconic guitar parts don't always match with the most iconic basslines. I may however make bass & guitar full covers of the same songs. And perhaps vocals. Don't expect much though, Matt is a fkn good singer. I just enjoy singing :)
Muse is one of the few bands that give the Bass the presence it deserves
erickr199 Chris is one of the few bassists that give the band the presence it deserves as well.
+Andre Antunes well, thats also true ;)
Rise Against Is Also Another Good Example . Really Great Band .
Maybe in Rock, yeah.
A lot of metal bands have great bass players that get a lot of presence.
Rush is also one of those bands

My favorite is the bass line to cant buy me love. That is an amazing bass line
James Netherian By Muse yes, but I think Cliff Burton has several things to say about that.
Futurism is probably my favourite bassline.
Que alegría que fans de Muse hagan contenido tan bueno.
OMG OMG OMG I was trying to find the title "hyper music" for weeks, i was humming it on google and youtube but none showed up, thanks to you i actually found it
Cave and Uno are so underrated. This is my favourite song of theirs. Amazing video btw.
Awesome Pigeon Cave is also one of my favorites!
Aaaaaaaa brooo, i just started playing bass and i was thinking on giving up, now i just want to take my bass and play the shit out of it. Muse is one of my favorite bands and this was one of the most completely awesome/satisfying videos i've ever seen, this needs to get to more people, you are a beast.
i used to rave about Matt cause he was who taught myself guitar from, but i love bass now and Chris is just the equal in skill imo. Awesome bassist
THAT TONE!!! HOW??
SnorkFrk expensive bass and great playing :)
Bands' melodies most recognizable are on guitar... and then there's Muse :)
Putting psycho as the last album song instead of after dead inside worked perfectly. Good job man :)
Love the bass line for The Groove, nice one for including B Sides, great playing! :)
The tones are insane...
Good job man!
for some reason i am in love with showbiz again, such an underrated album imo
zer0 95 how exactly is it underrated
It really is
@@makonyr Most people think Origin of Symmetry, Absolution, and The Resistance are their best albums (which they are imo), but Showbiz is often underlooked
@@Atlas65 Facts, everyone peaks at some point though. Muse is still amazing though, they always will be
EARRING SOBER MADE ME SO HAPPY
i think it’s such an underrated song
muse for life
syd have you signed the rareities tour petition?
Isaac Miller The what?
syd holy shit where can I sign
Damn you did the b-sides to... Major props. That made me so happy, like seriously. It's been so long since I've listened to muse, tons of memories are coming back. Well done man
This video just made my Sunday. Muse is why I learn bass. What prolific catalogue of awesome music. Thanks man.
Just a good reason to listen to all the Musens songs again! Thank you! 🎸👍
The bass on every Absolution track is so sick, even if you exclude Hysteria.
Every time I hear the slap, pop, and strummed chords in Panic Station I love it even more
Chris Wolstenholme deserves to be in the title! He's a great bass player!
The transition from Hysteria to Blackout is perfect.
damn ive heard all the regular muse songs but theres still some b-side titles ive never even seen
that its a great feeling, i remember it and sometimes think about all that songs that they through out
and they never saw the light u.u
blank blank dude I remember when I discovered their b-sides... It was amazing. Check em out, they're all so good
blank blank It opens your world. Gives you a whole new makeshift album to listen to.
Same never heard of nische
Props to you, André! What a magnificent medley! And, so one after another, it shows the versatility of Chris. What a beast!
Can't thank you enough for uploading this!
Can't wait for Liquid State, Can't wait for Liquid State, OH HERE IT COMES !!!
Hell yea liquid state is awesome
Chris is one of the best bassists ever in existence. Btw you are awesome for making this video. I enjoyed every second of it!
The dedication to pay attention to Muse basslines since Showbiz to Drones album, including B-sides/bonus tracks.... No one will do the same video on this internet. Respect to this man! I hope Muse or Christopher Wolstenholme see this.
This is Amazing!!!! One of the main reasons I love Muse's work is because of the bassline
I keep coming back to this video, but I really need it updated!
you should do a similar thing with the red hot chili peppers discography
Re-upload with Simulation Theory! 😍
YESSSSS THIS IS FANTASTIC!!! I didn't even realise how complicated some of these baselines were D: origin of symmetry definetly had some amazing baselines :D Chris needs more love.
They’re all amazing but Animals is just... probably one of my favorite Muse songs and the bass line is so good
I’m not a big fan of muse’s newer stuff but this video is an excellent reminder of why I’ll always love muse either way. Such a deep catalog of absolute gold!
The Globalist is a highly underrated song with a killer bass line, IMHO.
Personal favorite song of muse
That was amusing
Morenotedebotemalotecipote I see what you did there..lol
Madness on a normal bass just isn't right
I love how there is actually EVERY muse song hahahaha this is sick. Talent. Props!
Hey you did the bass medley as requested in your guitar medley! Love this video (what a shame i can only like and subscribe once)
Perfeito André.
Faz muito tempo que acompanho seu canal e curiosamente nunca tinha visto esse vídeo. Na espera dos dois últimos álbuns lançados
Love that bass on Undisclosed Desires!!!
How the hell did I not find this video earlier? I love the discography on guitar you did and this really takes the cake adding every B-side
I always forget Popcorn exists and then when I hear it again it's gotta be one of my all time favorites. It's just so silly and catchy.
You know it is a cover right?
Awesome bass playing! Love Muse and love this 😄
made my day seeing the b sides! only true muse fans know all the songs
Wooo we got a gatekeeper hope your proud of yourself
You did an amazing job on this! Great memorization, and transitions/editing! You crushed this!
That's a unique bass, but I suppose it's fitting for a talented player
you're amazing, dude. The escense of Muse it's the bass itself and you knew how to nail it!
man i love muse
It's insane how beautiful Muse's composition is and this guy did a great job of reminding us
Dudes fret board needs a clean
Came here to comment this
Amo showbiz de manera descontrolada, todas sus canciones me gustan, se siente el inicio de algo mucho más grande
Amazing.
I love you dude. I haven't favourited a video about muse (that isn't a song) in a long time. Wow!
wow man, WOW
They are all so beautiful, muse is beautiful
I'm just saying that _Origin_ was the first album I ever heard from them and I always thought they started in the 2000s, plus I had actually hadn't heard of _Showbiz_ when I was getting into them
Andrew Pappas oh I see, that makes sense
That's the main reason, yeah
Andrew Pappas one of my fav Muse songs is Muscle Museum
This video made me remember the greatness of this band. True masterpieces! Amazing video (:
Today is my birthday and this made me so happy! Which are your favorite songs to play on bass? I love futurism!
Happy bday to you then! I hope you're having a great day too. Thanks for the video! ❤
Jen Niebla-Love Thanks. Happy B-day man! Cheers.
Tosin Abasi Bass, Muse and you being Portuguese, awesome!
I had never realized how nasty the bassline is in Overdue's chorus was!
Wow. I don't play bass but to record this in it seems like one take is amazing. Excellent job!
Kenny G not playing his saxophone anymore
Very nice work
new song on the 18th guys!!!!!!!
Matts voice is heaven 😍❤
this is so good....please cover rhcp bass cover like this :D
El mejor vídeo bro si duda alguna 👌😍
you didn't give the handler the glory it deserves :( otherwise, really f***ing nice
I feel like a lot of earbuds don’t do the bass any justice. You really need good speakers or real headphones to truly appreciate it
You have to combine this with your other video and play them side to side. It would be amazing!!
