This is so cool and showcases good attention to detail on how sound effects, even minor ones, are so important to completing a scene. You did an excellent job. All of this while really showcasing the appreciation we get from this show's excellent music. Like the fight is still cool, unique, and has great choreography. Yet despite all of that the fight just feels incomplete without that dope as music playing with it. Makes you really appreciate the effort that people put into this show.
Yeah, this works so much better than canon. The pure silence is soo good at keeping the tension with the shots ringing out to fill the void. Though if there was a criticism would be that they feel a bit too silent, no grunts or labored breathing during the ending of the fight so it kinda feels like they could do this for a few more hours. Other than that...nothing really not much can be done for what's already been animated with them talking and screaming. Though when Ironwood charged at Watts I feel like a low deep scream(battle-cry seems more appropriate wording) that probably would've worked okay, at least in my opinion.

Music really is half of the scene is it not? It is kinda weird to see the scene without music.
