Also, Israel is responsible for the existence of this group; they helped and financed them when Arafat was becoming the voice for Palestinian and was respected by foreigner leaders. As a civilian the biggest thing i learned from the 20 years of the GWOT is you cant "rebuild" a country while actively at war with/in it. Beat the enemy into submission and then worry about rebuilding like we did with Japan and Germany.
Flatten Gaza and leave it in rubble. Israel should not be, and is not, responsible for rebuilding that hellhole
Also it matters a lot the average IQ of the population in the area of operation. Case and point Germans and Japanese vs. Goat f******* afghans
Japan and Germany were already civilized. You can't "rebuild" what doesn't already exist and, frankly, no third-world country has shown themselves capable. Attempting to do so has been mostly a giant waste of blood and money.

@@mr.tall-man1573 just think about the following: germany had not just a murderous totalitarian govt but most of their upper echelon and some of the troops were just as determined, brainwashed and radical like the most hardcore haji the only difference being the ideas they followed. But they STILL recognized that when its over than its over so they eventually capitulated instead of keeping up a perpetual guerilla & terror campaign for decades, in no small part thanks to the mindset most normal troops & officers had of not prolonging a lost cause and to not bring unneeded death on their own people. All these thoughts of self preservation and acceptance of military defeat are utterly missing in some corners of the world, as an israeli politician said a long time ago "there will only be peace when the palestinians love their children more than they hate us".

People are debating things like this because the last time we we heard about dead babies we ended up in a multiple decades long war. There is absolutely nothing wrong with questioning whether something is atrocity propaganda or not. The current situation between Israel/Palestine has huge implications for America and the West in general.

The US Federal government did not send a single helicopter with supplies from the nearby US military bases to help the people of Lahaina, Maui Hawai'i after the fires. There are already 2 US Navy aircraft carrier strike groups in the eastern Mediterranean to support Israel , cargo aircraft with supplies from CONUS have already been unloaded in Tel Aviv Israel and the US military already has forces standing by in Israel to assist the Israelis with hostage rescue operations.
Americans don't count. Only foreigners are important.

Your thoughts on this situation are pretty much the ones that were running around in my head. "Murdering innocent women and children, you lost me" is pretty much where I'm at as well. Hamas using their own people as human shields and not letting them get to evacuation zones is angering as well.

Israel doesn't supply troops, but they give us intel, technology, and other indirect support.

To answer your question, yes, Israel fought against ISIS. In 2015, Israel killed hundreds of ISIS terrorists, and the US military leaned heavily on Israeli intelligence and training throughout its fight in Syria, according to IDF's Chief of Staff during that time, Gadi Eisenkot. Who knows? You may have Israel to thank for surviving that mission.
They've also bombed weapon depots and weapons being transported in Syria etc on a pretty regular basis for the last 5 to 10 years. Whenever they're satellites or probably US satellites as well would catch weapons trucks moving from Iran through Syria two groups like Hezbollah Israel would send fighters in and quickly bomb them. They did other attacks on Syria as well that probably helped to weaken isis and Iran and Hezbollah etc. So to act like they've done nothing is not good and to just let them wallow in it is not good. Of course I believe 100% israel and the IDF can take out Hamas on their own they don't need our help for that and they know it. But what are your thoughts if Hezbollah gets involved If Iran gets involved then do you think the US would completely sit it out. We would lose Israel most likely I don't think they could take all three groups at the same time you're talking just between Hezbollah and Hamas is 150,000 armed soldiers with Iran getting involved it's much more and if Syria gets involved it's too much. At least the US could use the aircraft carriers and their jets to do air support which would and ground support but for air to ground support I think that would just make sense

Mike, I respect you, and you are one of the few people that I actually look up too. U.S. Response to any of this is a loss in my opinion. Are border is being swamped, we are funding a losing war in Ukraine which we absolutely should not be involved in. If we involve ourselves in this... What happens when China moves on Taiwan?? We all know thats coming.. We can't fight wars on 4 different fronts. We should be circling the wagons, sending troops to our border #1. We should also get out of Ukraine period, and Israel is going to have play the defensive until we can secure OUR OWN country and interests. #2 - we should be preparing for Taiwan more than anything. They produce and have quite a bit of our advanced tech, manufacturing and chips. America is being driven into the ground on purpose by our completely corrupt and compromised leadership.
