    So the developers get all the tax write offs and perks and the people pay for them even after the bond is paid off plus hoa fees. No thanks

    I just wish the lots were bigger, it sounds great other than that. That's pretty much a deal breaker for me. Well, also, if there isn't an opening for my soon to be wife for work. It would be a really long drive to another for her.

    It kind of seems like what you save on the utilities kind of is a wash because the HOA fees are almost the same price I see there’s a monthly $131 fee and a $5800 annual fee im not clear on what those fees cover ??

      I disagree...$131 includes high speed internet, town amenities, and common landscaping...other sections have lawncare, private pools and amenities, and automated gates....I think our HOA provides great value for the price
