This manufactured housing community has a professional golf course, multiple pools, a massive clubhouse complex, restaurants, shopping, and a vast array of activities and amenities. Homes qualify for conventional mortgages and are eligible under the Florida Homestead Exemption. Like a small version of The Villages in Florida, they pack this community with fun filled events.
