We just bought a lot in Web reserve. The house won’t be done until 2/2026. Which is in our retirement timeline, however we have a one time deference if we aren’t ready to move. This one time deference would move us to the next phase. We have been looking for a golf community with new build. We have looked far south and up to Punta Gorda. Golf communities are just not being built any more. We found that Babcock Web Reserve was our best choice and great deal. Looking forward to moving to Babcock!
I visited a good friend of mine down there 2 years ago. I absolutely loved it and may consider looking for a home down there when I retire in 4 years.

This area is going to be unreal in 4 or 5 years. Was down there last weekend and was awestruck about how much building was going on.

There is a new neighborhood coming with acre lots but it’s going to be high end custom builders and prices are going to be over $2M
