I am a test taker . I gave two tests on two consecutive days. First day my scores were 6.5/9/7.5/6.5 and in same centre the next day scores were like 9/7/6/7 l/r/w/s respectively . So much variability in just 24 hours . DOUBTS THE CREDIBILITY
How do you ensure institute sent your EOR and not just take money and fake the letter informing you that your score didn't change? I've just received the letter via e-mail from my institute but the pdf doesn't have IELTS trademark, solely the IDP logo. And the signature is minute comparing with othet letter I've saw.
well it seemed like the teacher today was assessing my knowledge of the topic she consistently on asking me the reasons of moving to large cities, in first question she asked me the one reason , in second question she asked me more reasons beside this , in third question again she asked me reasons beside the two i already mentioned ; and when i tried to answer in a way where i can deviate her to another relevant topic by giving satisfactory answer she did let me do that either. i felt it was unfair.
Hi Shwetanjali, thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like to put in a formal complaint about this, you need to file a Customer Complaint Form with your test centre. The test centre will then be able to investigate and follow this up.

What happens is we write the whole Task 2 essay and 1 in our own words at the level of 8 band score, but in the Introduction and conclusion we use one full nice memorized sentence. How much would that lower the score? I have heard that examiners will not even read such a sentence in the intro, if so, the whole intro will be nothing (since it has two sentences or max 3), and it will not be matched with the body. Can you please explain the question I asked in my first sentence here? Thank you so much🙏🙏
I would like to comment on a the point of previous subjects knowledge: In order to be able to commit the writing task 2, you must have common knowledge. Show more examples for the test to relate. For instance, in an exam the takers were asked to write an opinion essay about people deny that healthy diet and living guarantee long living.

If you fail they will ask you to apply for remark and eat your money. I had the same experience twice in Nigeria. I told them at the test center there. What did they do about it?

Hello Amrit Kaur, after an EOR your score can only remain the same or go up - we do not reduce your score - and if an EOR results in an increase of your score, the EOR fee will be fully refunded to you.
