Create a bootable usb of arch linux, boot it and mount the disk. After that, you can go to the home directory, and if you forget the password, you can login as a root user in arch and change the password!

You can try logging in as a root user. So, put username as root and put your administrative password and then you can see the available users you've added. See the one which you've added to the wheel group.
