Your hair is gorgeoussss it’s what I hope my hair would look like if I style it correctly. Can you show more in depth how you diffuse? I feel like whenever I do it just turns into a frizzy flat mess.
Hi thank you so much! My hair has grown a lot since I should honestly work on an updated hair care routine with in dept diffusing !! Thank you for ur comment beautiful💐
hi!!! i love ur content, your uploads always make my day and i am also at the moment figuring out how to take care of my 2b hair so this helps out so much!!! you deserve so much more recognition 🥺🥺
omg! this comment made my night. I really appreciate you. I definitely think it's about finding light products. 2b hair gets weighed down so easily! definitely want to see how your routine grows
help idk what to do. my hair is straight-wavy but i have babyhairs growing as ringlets. my hair stays flat at the top but waves at the bottom, idk what to doooo
That just means your hair is wavy! Start trying a leave in conditioner! Girl it's gonna change your life! And search up on google the different types of hair if your matches to wavy or curly, then start experimenting with curly products and find you own routine!
omg no way! mine is actually the opposite. I look at pics from years ago when I had super short hair and im like hmmm maybe I should just go back to It for the sake of curlier hair.
You're hair is exactly like mine, in style, texture, and potential, but I really don't want to have to cut so much of my length. What is a Deva cut? Is that what I should ask the stylist for when I finally go get a salon trim? It's been almost 3 years since my teen daughter cut it, and she did the double unicorn cut, I think. But, she also thinned out my ends-at the time, we were going for more of a long but layered shag cut, and now I realize that us wavy girls that want to wear it curly should never thin the ends out. I'm only willing to trim up to two inches. My biggest fear is going and getting a trim aaking for an inch and losing like 4. Oh, and my previous stylist, is professional, but not a curly hair specialist. I absolutely hate dry cuts also. Thank you 💙🖤🙏🏻
a deva cut is usually a hair cut done by a curl specialist who will cut your hair dry in order to see the way your curls look. (usually you get your hair cut when ur hair is wet, but for people with textured hair they figured out a method of cutting it dry so you're actually shaping the hair with its curls and not just winging it and hoping it dries right). its a really cool method and you can always ask to do a simple one that does not take too much hair off. a lot of the times they just cut it to give you a bit of volume. here's a video that explains some of the process ruclips.net/video/NTNLMEO7Nnk/видео.html I definitely recommend if you want to give your hair more shape. thank you for your comment :)
@@tepislife thank you so much. I can't afford to go to a curl specialist yet, but it makes more sense, that they would know what they're doing. One time, I went to a stylist, who did a dry cut on my hair and didn't warn me before. I had no idea it was even a thing. Anyway, she ruined my hair and I never went back. And it's strange because I liked her the first time I went to her, when she did a wet cut. I didn't even know about CGM, or that my hair was that wavy. I mean, I wasn't taught anything growing up except that my hair was "rebellious", so I was given a boar bristle brush, and told I had to make it behave. Very old school. Anyway, this whole community on YT has really opened my eyes in the past year, and I'm so grateful to finally get beyond the "gate". I think I'll just go get it done wet/damp for now by someone who I know is good enough, just down the road. At least until I can eventually get to a curly specialist. Thank you again for the information 💙
thank you So much for sharing all that I learned so much on RUclips and thats one of the reasons why I felt inspired enough to start my channel. I definitely think you're gonna learn so much about your hair and embrace it @@OpalMoonstone247
Hey girl, you’re hair looks gorgeous but may I give you some advice, cause I have exactly the same hair type and I think your waves are too loose to comb them like that for styling. If I do that, my curl clumps will all fall apart and it looks to me like yours do too. I style my hair in the shower and scrunch the waves with loads and loads of water in them, which promotes clumping. Then I just wet and dry plop and that works better than anything I’ve ever tried. I would recommend this method: ruclips.net/user/shortsC7Y77fLZi8A?si=QRMTt1mCi4O4tag3 Good luck!
Omg thank you!! I’ve actually been experimenting more since I uploaded this video and have found that the method you sent me has given me more definition.

@@itisjustmatty thank you!! It’s my mom’s from many years ago so I’m not sure!

Hey I put it in a pineapple using a satin scrunchie and sleep with a satin pillowcase! That helps for me!
What haircut u asked for

What brand was that leave in conditioner??
where did you get your hair cut at? i’m also in florida!!
for some reason can’t find the name of this particular salon anymore.. but I deff recommend the Curl Whisperer in Midtown Miami
@@tepislife thank you!!
Do we have to use heat? like the hair dryer to keep the curls?
No! Diffusing is good for volume. But I often air dry
@@tepislife okay, thanks!
