Mostly but I disagree with him somewhat on gold which isn't hard to assay at scale in 2024 thanks to XRF technology.
I had to break up with my Northwestern Mutual rep cause they wanted to "protect me" from the Bitcoin volatility!

I bought gold, then silver in 2012. Finally gave up on metal because it is completely manipulated. Traded it for Bitcoin in '19. Should have done it much sooner. 😭😥😢

@@mikesweeney651 absolutely. Our best course of action is to keep track of the cycles. They won't say stay perfect, but for now we got a pretty good read on them. There's an accumulation phase where bitcoin's hitting its bottoms; that leads to a run-up to the halfing, from the halfing for anywhere from 8 to 15 months or so is the parabolic bull.
We do most of our accumulating during the last part of the bear market, through the accumulation phase and then hold on tight.
"Rinse and repeat" as they say.

Except he's wrong about gold being hard to verify. Gold isn't hard to assay at scale in 2024 thanks to XRF technology.
The supply is dwindling and a whole coin is unattainable for most humans. I wouldn’t say we’re early.
You don’t need to have a whole coin for your future to be worth more financially! Buy what you can !

If 1 BTC isn’t attainable, then 0.1 is attainable. Eventually 0.01 will be unattainable

Nice to see an old Gold Bug come to the realization that BTC will far out perform gold. Kiyosaki has made the same conclusions. That is not and easy place for these traditional investors to get to and indicative of just how big the ETFs AND institutional treasury holdings of publicly held companies will ultimately be.

Don't be fooled...before you send your money to an ETF, find out whether they actually are custodians of the bitcoin they say they own. If they aren't, and are relying on someone else like Coinbase as custodians, then buying the ETF means you're buying an IOU for an IOU for some bitcoin you will never own. Good luck with that. Self-custody is the way.

I love listening to Larry but I just don't understand his belief in BTC. He rationalizes BTC b/c it's going up, but there's no underlying use case/utility. For a number of reasons (energy use, hard token cap, legality) it can never work as a world reserve currency....so ultimately its worthless.
