    Today is “Lotus Milky Caramel Cake” made using Lotus Cookies and Spreads.
    It is a cake that even people who do not have an oven can make.
    If you don't have the spiral silicone mold used as the decoration above, you can put it on the hardened cake and harden it

    6g Gelatine sheet
    150g Mascarpone cheese
    70g Sugar
    130g Milk couverture
    50g Fresh cream A
    170g Fresh cream B

    위에 로투스 스프레드 당연히 짤주머니로 짜셨을 거라고 생각했는데 저렇게 간편하게 만드시다니 ㅎㅎㅎ 진짜 엄지 척이네요 모양 너무 예뻐요ㅠㅠ너무 맛있겠다 당떨어질 때 먹고 싶어요...사실 그거슨 지ㅡㄱㅁ..저는항상 당이 필요함니다....🤣❤️

    If we go back to the beginning you can see that the cookie dough partially covers the bottom, and by removing the pan there is only caramel at the bottom ( or now on top, if you look at it that way)....how is that possible? At least there had to be some crumbs on top now???
