The ultimate King of motorsport. This man is 37 years old, yet still has the skill and motivation to win races and stick it on pole. This man has won 9 titles, but still has the skill, speed and motivation to win a 10th. There's been hard times, last year was one, to lead the championship all year and lose it at the last race was heartbreaking. But he rose above it, and came back stronger, yet again. To still be at the top of MotoGP after all these years is an unbelievable achievement. They've come and gone, all of the greats, yet this man still stands. Still able to compete at the very top and still able to defy belief. This man is without a doubt the greatest of all time. This man, is Valentino Rossi.
I have grown up with Vale. He makes my weekends. Sometimes I stop and think.."You are still here, racing..thank you" He is 37 years old and winning...this is underestimated by people. He is racing against the fastest riders of the last decades, though he is winning. LEGEND
+TheJonix46 Same. I've been watching him for 15 years, every practice, every qualifying, every race. As I said in my post above, he is just unbelievable. Being ultra quick is hard enough, but many riders achieve this, Stoner, Lorenzo, I can go on. But being ultra quick after having everything thrown at you, the ups and downs, losing last year by a few points, being the oldest on the grid by far, being a multimillionaire and still finding the motivation, having the quickest, younger, fitter riders in the world come up against you week after week but still being able to beat them after 20 years in the sport? That's what makes you the greatest of all time. Enjoy the legend while he still races, because this will never be repeated.

That's your opinion. There are others who appear far worse off the bike, such as Lorenzo. However, this shouldn't turn into a who prefers who argument, it's not the place. All I can say to you is imagine having a camera in your face 24/7 and being Italy's number 1 sports star... Rossi gets more media attention than the rest of the MotoGP field combined. You aren't going to make everyone happy 100% of the time and you aren't going to say the right things 100% of the time. He certainly does a far better job off his bike than the majority of other top riders, past and present.

this guy isnt just the king on 2 wheels he is also a great human being, he seems to treat all riders no matter your skill level as one big family welcoming them all like each one is a great friend of his, he is so much a people person, no matter who you are, full respect .

Id love to go the The Ranch it would be a blast, to watch him on the dirt track just to see his skills, and see how he puts it into his riding on the tarmac which I have watched since he started in the 125's I was very lucky to have met him in person in Philip Island, and it was the best day of my life, he was a true gentleman and a very honest genuine guy who truly loves his fans

Fun to hear and get get to know the man behind the #46 plate. Some people are good at what ever they do. His gift of being able to go fast in anything he happens to drive is something to behold and hopefully motivate other riders. Going sideways on ice up here in Minnesota has always been a good way to stay sharp in our off riding season and a better way to cure the boredom of winter.

Even though I think Rossi is such a goofball, whenever I see him getting ready to ride, I always think somewhere someone is playing some badass music! :D I seriously always think he gets ready in slow motion while this type of music is playing HAHA....such a freaking legend.

very cool... nice to see how flat track influenced him and is part of his training. Nothing beats the feeling of when the rear end starts sliding. Wonder why its sand and gravel? Anyone know? Probably because it would get hecka dry in the summer. But, being on a cushion would add a whole layer of cool on this cool cake.

Kenny Roberts sold his ranch in 2017. It had a practice TT scramblers practice track for training riders. No wonder Rossi calls it a ranch.
