    Thank you for the info about backing off the throttle screw to get .7 and then bringing it back up to .94 with it after. My sled will idle again. 😀

    For the Rush's use the adjust on the end by throttle cable. Middle ones for syncing carbs. Great tool!

      Thanks for your comment. It varies model to model. At about 3:25 you can see the sync screw by my left thumb.

    Where should the synchronization screw be set to during this. Ive watch a video on for the 900 where they back it all the way off first

      Thanks for your comment. Normally you should not have to mess with the synchronization screw. The two sides should not become unsynchronized under normal circumstances. Polaris does have a video showing how to sync the two sides, but normally this should not be required. Does this answer your question?

    What does that hose go to that’s clamped the throttle body. There a fitting and hose on each side of it. I got a sled already taken apart and idk where it goes

      Thanks for your comment. It's a fuel line, but I'm not the one who removed this throttle body from the motor so unfortunately I can't give you any more info than that. I would check a parts diagram or the service manual for pictures. Good luck!

    What about any readings for 2002 RMK 800? Or any other edge chassis models?

    • @TPSTool
      @TPSTool  Год назад

      Thank you for your comment! For the 2002 model year, the motors are carbureted and the manual states to set the TPS voltage at wide open throttle. Most of them should be set to 4.1V at wide open, but the 800 XCR (Fuji engine) should be set to 3.77V at wide open. Here's a link to the service manual that explains it, the first page of the service manual lists all the models this applies to. Please let me know if you have any other questions: www.manualslib.com/manual/822441/Polaris-Indy-Trail-Rmk.html?page=379&term=TPS&selected=2#manual

    I’m getting a .300 baseline reading and adjusting the sensor will not bring it about .330

      @@TPSTool I messed around with it and it’s stuck at 485 full throttle or throttle cable off. I think I’ll try getting a new sensor.

    Will this also work on a 2012 Polaris 800 Cfi?

    • @TPSTool

      Yes it should, what exact model do you have? There's a ton of info in this doc: www.dropbox.com/s/m1zwgio5clg5w7o/polaris%20pro%20ride%20service%20manual%2011-12-13.pdf?dl=0

    So that does work for 2009-2010 600 rush pro?

    • @TPSTool
      @TPSTool  2 года назад

      Thank you for your question. Yes, looking at the parts diagram the 2010 600 Rush Pro looks very similar to the one in this video, I believe it will also use the Model-4 adapter. Please post back or email me if you have any other questions (my email address is in the first question of the FAQ at tpstool.com).

    What are the numbers for a 2005 fusion 900?

    • @TPSTool
      @TPSTool  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for your question. I believe for the 2005 Fusion 900 you would back the idle all the way out and set the TPS to 0.71V, then turn the idle up until the TPS reads 0.93V.

    Is this the right specs for a 2010 rmk 600 cfi?

    • @TPSTool
      @TPSTool  Год назад

      Thanks for your comment. The closest I could find online was the 2012 RMK 600, which is 0.95V at idle. I saw manuals for your year for sale but not for free download. If you can find the service manual for your year it will be in there, but there's reasonable odds that your year is also 0.95V. Try that, and if it doesn't run right then find the manual for your exact year. Write down your original reading so you can go back if you want to. I hope this helps!

      @@yeahman951 Depending on whether you have the 600 or the 550: The IQ Shift 600 looks very similar to the one in this video, it will work for sure. The 550 Shift has a carburetor and I don't see a TPS in the parts listing for the 550.
