This anime is officially 5 years old now. And still looks like it was made recently. Sure, it wasn’t the best, but Trigger and A1 did definitely outdid themselves especially in the animation. DITF is definitely one unique anime which will be remembered for many years more.

I’ve never even watched this anime or know too much of the context here 20:42 .. but the way she retracts her hand and he reaches for it, she pulls him in and they float; the music there is so magical. that entire scene alone is so enthralling to me I keep replaying. I feel like I have to watch more of this show but as far as I know not a lot of people are satisfied with how it turned out after half the season.
U dont have to mind what other ppl say and give it a chance, who cares about other ppl if i enjoy the anime idgaf about other ppl opinions i gave it a chance recently and it became my favourite anime if u enjoyed the first ep then keep watching

Just finished the whole anime and man this has to be one of my favorite animes. I love how each character told their story and the romance between Hiro and Zero Two was so natural from the start. Also that storybook scene soo good! Everything just fit into place at the end.

This brings so much memories watching around before quarantine. This type of anime was the best and gives nostalgia. I dont know why ppl complain about the ending, I was still satisfied. I wish I could see this again for the first time🛀

This was the first anime I every watched (and as it was coming out at that), and it is still my favorite. Something about the relationship between Zero Two and Hiro just hits me deep in my heart, and it will always hold a place in my heart.
I love how no one is talking about the end of originality instead there are only positive comments either way this is a really good anime

I just watched this for the first time a week ago. Damn what a show! The ending is sad, but also happy. I feel like those type of endings in Anime give the most impact and force you to feel and remember it.

Despite the controversy surrounding this show, I loved it. It’s by far my favorite show, followed up by Sword Art Online. I was feeling nostalgic so I searched this video up and man did the soundtrack remind me why I love this show.

I mean I can explain a few reasons why I don't like Sao. Note these are just what I feel about the show, not saying anyone else can't enjoy or anything.
I want to start on alicization since it's the one I recently watched but I'll go back to season 1. The start of the show was pretty cool, I thought it had an interesting premise, I (mistakenly) thought it ripped of dot hack when it didn't. Plus when sao anime first came out alot of sao fans went to a dothack video I used to watch and were being pretty toxic. Those two things gave me a bad first impression of it.
But onto the series itself, the premise was interesting but the characters were not. Kirito is feels very dull to me and felt like he doesn't have much motivation other than being a cool swordsman. The anime also skipped out how he got so strong,he did alot of leveling up solo. So it makes it seem like he got his power out of nowhere because he's a mary sue. The show didn't really do much to pull me in other then some cool battles and yuki kajiura's ost (which btw they hired her specifically cause she worked on dot hack sign). Then there's the ending of the first arc, kirito's hack/plot armor of getting killed but surviving and defeating the villain. Then for some reason they tried to make you sympathize with Heathcliff after all he did and they accepted the world seed so he could spread and grow, uh why would they let that happen? Then comes one of my biggest gripes with the series, they went through two years of life and death struggles on the game Akihiko Kayaba made, you would think they would have trauma but they spend like two episodes on that and he goes back to playing other games... ugh.There is also the whole SA on Asuna deal, you can have media with that sure,it can be used well. But the show didn't really do that and for some reason it focuses more on kirito than Asuna in the aftermath! (I'll bring that back up later)
That's a recurring thing with sao,it feels like the show is kirito and everyone else is built around him. That's not really how things are irl and in good stories, everyone has their own motivations,goals, dreams and desires. While some characters do have some of those, they all seem to depend on kirito.
So moving on to alicization, i watched 5 episodes years ago and dropped the whole series then. I only got back into it because people were saying "it's actually good compared to the other sao before it". Particularly I got back into it cause a guy on discord also encouraged me to give it another try. But that was a huge mistake.There were bits and pieces that were good but the rest was horrible, I actually fell asleep while trying to watch it...twice! That's never happened for any show I've watched 😨
My problems with it are these following things,again it was interesting at start but there were things that bothered or just bored me (and I can't even put my finger on what exactly it was). What I didn't like was why would Kirito just join a company testing a game he doesn't really know much about and his memory is erased after every time in game,did he learn nothing from sao? Then there's Eugeo and Alice, he lived for years thinking about her and a few years training just to get her back,she was his reason for living. But for some reason she develops feelings for Kirito, what? Why is she just another member of his harem,especially with how Eugeo feels.
Back to that SA of Asuna, even tho the studio caught backlash cause they didn't handle it properly. It happens again....
It's just used as a plot device and is usually irrelevant pretty soon after and that's exactly what happened. The girls in question were almost SA'd and then they had ONE scene after that and didn't appear for rest of season, that is bad writing no matter how you look at it.
Tl;dr
* I went into the show with bias cause I thought it ripped of .hack and some toxic sao fans.
* Kirito's kinda dull character, plot armor, little motivation, harem for no reason, everyone designed around him.
* Went through a traumatic experience for two years, goes straight back to gaming without there being enough episodes showing his trauma.
* Kirito being tricked into another sao situation.Eugeo doing everything to see Alice cause he loves her yet she's just another harem member for kirito(to be fair this is my most nitpicky point). Lastly poorly handled darker themes, they should be treated with more maturity.
Also just a reminder I'm not trying to say my taste is superior or anything. My favorite anime is a heavily criticized one and anyone can point out the flaws in my favorite shows too. Again these are just my thoughts on why I didn't like sao.

I dont think they make second season because story itself is already told. At this point they would just reiterate what was told. I mean there isny anything to go by. Main villains are practically dead. Before you say "but they said they come back" I think that was just metaphorical ie idea of it won't cease to exist.

Yesterday I watched the last episode of Darling in the FraXX and howled like a castle dog as always and now by chance I see that Crunchyroll would like to upload the first episode tomorrow?
Haven't I cried enough already?
I have to honestly say that Darling in the FraXX was my very first anime that I watched and I am grateful that the anime exists because I was able to experience many beautiful moments with Hiro and Zero Two. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the anime ends too sad and too pushed my invention ... but which convinces me that maybe at some point, even if the chances are bad, a second season will come ...
I know that a lot of people don't want that, because they cried a lot in the first step, but think about it, we can relive the story all over again and with a real happy ending. Unfortunately, I have to say that this is exactly why there is no second season, because let's be honest, without the horns and their fangs, Zero Two just isn't Zero Two ... that's what makes it ... absolutely cool Character what represents all in one man in my opinion. But folks, I still have a few questions for you while I'm on the subject.
1. Episode 15 is the best episode everyone is convinced, but what is that huge hand in the end? What should the hand symbolize? Please explain, thank you :)
2. Why did Zero Two have their breakdown? Is it because she's not human? She destroyed your mirror but fixed it again? Maybe to show Hiro that she has changed or why? Again for explanation, thanks again
3. Zero Two painted the picture book again because she didn't want to forget the time and the beautiful moments, but what about the "last" page? In episode 23, Hiro said something about what I couldn't really interpret is probably because I cried too much.
And one more little question: Zero Two said at the end of the first episode that she finally found her darling, that means that she knew that Hiro was her darling from before, didn't she? Because as I heard, Zero Two spoke in episode 15 that she had only taken advantage of Hiro. Sometimes the anime really got me down with thinking and acting about certain scenes ^^
I think I've already written too much for anyone to read everything here.
But I look forward to your comments.

Plot twist: if you have watched this series before and are here for some reason, this is actually season 2 because with the right factors in place this could be a constant loop
I remember watching the first two episodes of this show when it first premiered and then dropping it immediately. I truly think I would have hated it if I'd watched it week to week, and when I heard months later that the ending wasn't very good, I felt justified for dropping it.
And then I got really into anime in 2020, and gave it another shot.
It turned out to be so different than I imagined. I never would have guessed this show would mean so much to me.

Dude darling I’m the franxx is one of the shows I will never forget about and I wish in 2021 they make a season 2 of that show because I love shows that has romance and action but this shows romance is top level and I love that show so much that I refuse to watch the ending of the show because I know it will make me sad to see how people will go into their future lives
