I was pleasantly surprised to see that the embossing ink didn’t smear when you blended over it, since the embossing ink takes a little while to dry. Thanks for sharing! Beautiful card! 😊❤️

Why didn't the versa mark smear and get on your blending brush? It was still wet!
I love the color combination on this card. I'm amazed that the embossing ink didn't smear. Good to know.
Love it. I’m thinking different happy birthday stamps would be cool. Like graffiti

Hi from Australia
Black matting - what a surprise, lol!
Flat but looking 3D - great for mailing, thanks for the inspiration at just the right time, there've been rumors we'll have the first snow in Germany soon, can you believe it??

So far they haven’t! Connect glue holds them tight!
I’m impressed. What type of cards stock do you suggest I use? Can I use water based ink pads?
Great technique, thank you for sharing this . In your 5 minute vids and your lives I noticed you use cardstock to use a mat when your inkinking, do you reuse this of throw it? xx
I reuse it until it gets too inky. :)
really great idea doesn't the embossing get on the blending brush? if sow how to clean properly
I didn’t notice any transfer at all and I made three in a row!
I’m new to these videos; this is the first one I’ve watched from Gina K. What type of ink are you using to blend in the blue and purple colors over the embossing ink? Thanks!
I’m using Gina K. Designs dye ink. :)
How do the blender brushes work with the embossing ink? Do you need special brushes for this?
No, I just use my regular ones with no issue. :)
I’m trying to understand why You used embossing ink, would you not get the same results using ordinary ink. I do love the card and the colours you used in the video
Do you have to heat dry the stamped image as versamak is sticky ink? Thank you.
It will air dry but you can after you blend.
Thank you Gina.
so no need to wipe off like when you emboss?
No! It’s really so simple! ❤️
